【物品用途】;本創作尤指一種園藝噴水槍之外觀造型設計。【創作特點】;如附圖所示，本創作園藝噴水槍外觀，概由呈倒Ｌ形手把於立向握把前端組設有按壓式出水開關，於橫向管後端組設有旋轉式出水開關，及橫向管前端設有可調整變化出多種出水形態相異之旋轉式控水開關；其式樣特徵在於：;該立向握把係向後微凸呈曲弧形，且其外周面等間隔凹設有數向上傾斜之半圓飾條；該按壓式出水開關則對應立向握把外形呈向前弧凸，另其上端伸延出一方形體定位開關，進以使握把部份呈一飽滿狀態。該旋轉式出水開關概呈ㄇ字型，係包覆在橫向管與立向握把交相處外圍，其開放端部呈正圓形，向封閉端採漸縮狀態設計，且在封閉端外圍設有數長形凹弧條紋，可與立向握把之半圓飾條相互輝映。該旋轉式控水開關概呈半圓球體，前方平切具有多數出水細孔環繞分佈於前端面，中心位置則具有較大之圓形出水孔及位在出水孔軸向之控水軸桿，此外在圓球體之外圍設有三段框環，前、中段框環於周面等距設有相互對稱之橢圓形弧槽分佈圍繞，俾以構成整體式樣外觀誠為本案之重點所在。[Item Usage]: This creation refers specifically to the appearance design of a gardening water spray gun.
