Abstract
A locking and sealing device for sliding doors, which supports an inwards-and-outwards sliding door in a door frame 5 consisting of an upper frame 1, a lower frame 2 and left-and-right longitudinal frames 3,4 into openable/closable, which is characterized in that: a crescent element 35 integral with a shank 37 is rotatably fastened on a combined cane 18 of the sliding door 6; while a crescent back plate 38 capable of buckling with the crescent element 35 is installed on an outwards sliding door 8; the combined cane 18 of the inwards sliding door 6 is installed with an upper rod 40 and a lower rod 41 which are linked to the locking operation of the shank 37 and separately sliding upwards and downwards, the upper end and the lower end of the two rods 40, 41 being installed with an upper closing block 21 and a lower closing block 42, and the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2 opposite of the upper closing block 21 and the lower closing block 42 being installed with an upper guide block 19 and a movement track 7 for moving the two blocks 21, 42 to the indoor side corresponding to the upwards and downwards movement thereof.
