Abstract

A mouth forming device for a container that is formed primarily of paper or plastic, which includes a supporting section for connecting the outer surface of the container, an opening section supported by the supporting section for forming an opening on the container, an operating section for operating the opening section to form an opening on the container; in which the opening section and operating section are disposed corresponding to each other over a substantially U-shaped groove provided between the opening section and the operating section and having a thin wall portion; in which the operating section is connected to the supporting section and is supported by the supporting section through protruded support axles which are located on the two sides of the groove and spaced from each other for a distance over the groove; the operating section and the supporting section are integrated through a thin wall portion and the support axles by molding.
