Abstract
本發明係關於一種可充電電池,此可充電電池包括一可充電電池本體及一連接器接頭,可充電電池本體設有一凹槽並內部具有一電路板及一電芯,電路板與電芯電性連接;連接器接頭樞接於可充電電池本體且與電路板電性連接,連接器接頭能夠折收於凹槽內。藉此,連接器接頭樞接於可充電電池本體並能夠折收於凹槽內,使可充電電池本體透過連接器接頭連接外部電源即可進行儲存電量之作用,以提高可充電電池的使用方便性。
Description
本發明係有關於一種電池結構,尤指一種可充電電池。
隨著現代人對手機或平板電腦等攜帶型電子產品逐漸依賴,為使攜帶型電子產品長時間保持運作,會額外採購充電電池,讓充電電池與攜帶型電子產品相互導通時,充電電池利用內部儲存的電量對攜帶型電子進行充電。
然而,因充電電池所能儲存的電量有限,所以充電電池在電量耗盡後,需要透過一充電器輔助才能達到電量儲存。是以,若不慎遺失充電器,則充電電池就失去儲存電量之能力;或者,使用者外出時,需要額外攜帶充電器,讓使用者有使用不便之疑慮。
有鑑於此,本發明人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本發明人開發之目標。
本發明之ㄧ目的,在於提供一種可充電電池,其係利用連接器接頭樞接於可充電電池本體並能夠折收於凹槽內,使可充電電池本體透過連接器接頭連接外部電源即可進行儲存電量之作用,以提高可充電電池的使用方便性。
為了達成上述之目的,本發明係提供一種可充電電池,包括:一可充電電池本體,設有一凹槽並內部具有一電路板及一電芯,該電路板與該電芯電性連接;以及一連接器接頭,樞接於該可充電電池本體且與該電路板電性連接,該連接器接頭能夠折收於該凹槽內。

有關本發明之詳細說明及技術內容,將配合圖式說明如下,然而所附圖式僅作為說明用途,並非用於侷限本發明。
請參考圖1至圖8所示,係本發明可充電電池10之第一至二實施例,此可充電電池主要包括一可充電電池本體1及一連接器接頭2。
如圖1至圖6所示,可充電電池本體1設有一凹槽11並內部具有一電路板12及一電芯13,電路板12與電芯13電性連接。
詳細說明如下,可充電電池本體1包含一電池套筒14及一座蓋15,電路板12與電芯13容置於電池套筒14內,座蓋15填塞於電池套筒14並罩蓋於電路板12與電芯13,凹槽11自座蓋15上開設,座蓋15相對於凹槽11形成有一內壁151及一底壁152,內壁151設有一第一樞接孔153,底壁152設有複數貫穿孔154及一透空孔155。
另外,座蓋15具有一樞軸156及複數導接片157,各導接片157穿固於各貫穿孔154並電性連接於電路板12。
如圖1至圖6所示,連接器接頭2樞接於可充電電池本體1且與電路板12電性連接,連接器接頭2能夠折收於凹槽11內。其中,連接器接頭2可為USB接頭、HDMI接頭等連接器。
進一步說明如下,連接器接頭2具有複數導電端子21並設有一第二樞接孔22及一鏤空孔23,樞軸156樞接於第一樞接孔153及第二樞接孔22,各導接片157的末端對應各導電端子21配置且能夠電性連接於各導電端子21。
如圖1至圖6所示,可充電電池本體1更包含一電極帽16,電極帽16穿固於透空孔155並電性連接於電路板12,當連接器接頭2折收於凹槽11時,電極帽16能夠穿設且突出於鏤空孔23。
如圖4至圖5所示,可充電電池本體1更包含一密封膠161,密封膠161填充在電路板12與電芯13之間且與電池套筒14共同密封電芯13。
此外,如圖1至圖6所示,係本發明可充電電池10之第一實施例,如圖7至圖8所示,係本發明可充電電池10之第二實施例,第二實施例與第一實施例大致相同,但第一實施例與第二實施例不同之處在於第一實施例的可充電電池本體1為4號電池,第二實施例的可充電電池本體1為3號電池。因此,可充電電池本體1可為1至4號電池、9V電池或鎳氫電池,不以本實施例為限制。
如圖1至圖3所示,本發明可充電電池10之組合,其係利用可充電電池本體1設有凹槽11並內部具有電路板12及電芯13,電路板12與電芯13電性連接;連接器接頭2樞接於可充電電池本體1且與電路板12電性連接,連接器接頭2能夠折收於凹槽11內。藉此,連接器接頭2樞接於可充電電池本體1並能夠折收於凹槽11內,使可充電電池本體1透過連接器接頭2連接外部電源即可進行儲存電量之作用,以提高可充電電池10的使用方便性。
如圖4至圖6所示,係本發明可充電電池10之使用狀態,其中連接器接頭2樞接於可充電電池本體1並能夠折收於凹槽11內。如圖4所示,連接器接頭2折收於凹槽11時,則可充電電池10外觀跟一般充電電池外觀一樣,並可充電電池10能夠對攜帶型電子進行充電;如圖5至圖6所示,連接器接頭2突出於凹槽11時,則連接器接頭2透過導接片157與電路板12電性連接,使可充電電池本體1能利用連接器接頭2連接外部電源而進行儲存電量之作用,以達到提升可充電電池10之使用便利性。
請參考圖9至圖10所示,係本發明可充電電池10之第三實施例,第三實施例與第一實施例大致相同,但第三實施例與第一實施例不同之處在於連接器接頭2與可充電電池本體1的樞接結構不同。
詳細說明如下,可充電電池本體1包含一電池套筒14、一罩蓋件17、一極性壓板18及一電芯固定架19,電芯13穿設於電芯固定架19並被電芯固定架19所定位,電路板12、電芯13與電芯固定架19容置於電池套筒14內,罩蓋件17與電芯固定架19相互組接且對應電路板12與電芯13罩蓋,罩蓋件17設有一開口171,極性壓板18與連接器接頭2分別樞接在罩蓋件17與電芯固定架19之間,凹槽11形成在開口171與電芯13之間。
另外,至少其一罩蓋件17及電芯固定架19一側延伸有一對第一圓弧塊191,另一側延伸有一對第二圓弧塊192,極性壓板18延伸有一第一轉軸181,連接器接頭2延伸有一第二轉軸24,第一轉軸181樞接於對第一圓弧塊191,第二轉軸24樞接於對第二圓弧塊192,而令極性壓板18樞接在罩蓋件17與電芯固定架19的一側,連接器接頭2樞接在罩蓋件17與電芯固定架19的另一側。其中,連接器接頭2及電路板12設置在極性壓板18與電芯13之間並彼此相鄰並列。
再者,罩蓋件17接近電芯13的表面設有一卡槽172,極性壓板18遠離第一轉軸181的一端朝電芯13方向延伸有一卡扣182,卡扣182能夠與卡槽172相互卡合。
藉此,如圖10所示,卡扣182脫離卡槽172時,極性壓板18會開啟開口171以裸露出連接器接頭2,並令連接器接頭2能向外扳動而突出於凹槽11,使可充電電池本體1能利用連接器接頭2連接外部電源而進行儲存電量之作用,以達到提升可充電電池10之使用便利性。
此外,可充電電池本體1可為1至4號電池、9V電池或鎳氫電池,不以本實施例為限制。
請參考圖11至圖12所示,係本發明可充電電池10之第四實施例,第四實施例與第一實施例大致相同,但第四實施例與第一實施例不同之處在於連接器接頭2與可充電電池本體1的樞接結構不同。
進一步說明如下,可充電電池本體1包含一電池蓋板141、一罩蓋件17及一電芯固定架19,電芯13穿設於電芯固定架19並被電芯固定架19所定位,電池蓋板141對應電芯固定架19的上側罩蓋,電路板12與電芯13容置於電池蓋板141及電芯固定架19之間,罩蓋件17與電芯固定架19相互組接且對應電路板12與電芯13罩蓋,罩蓋件17設有一開口171及自開口171朝電芯13方向延伸有一延伸板173,連接器接頭2樞接於延伸板173,凹槽11形成在開口171與電芯13之間。
另外,連接器接頭2包含能夠相互併接或相互分離的一左半連接器接頭25及一右半連接器接頭26,左半連接器接頭25延伸有一軸桿251,右半連接器接頭26具有一環套261,延伸板173設有一樞孔174,軸桿251樞接於環套261及樞孔174,而令左半連接器接頭25及右半連接器接頭26分別樞接於延伸板173上。
藉此,如圖12所示,透過開口171能將左半連接器接頭25及右半連接器接頭26分別向外扳動,使左半連接器接頭25及右半連接器接頭26相互併接而構成連接器接頭2,而令連接器接頭2突出於凹槽11,使可充電電池本體1能利用連接器接頭2連接外部電源而進行儲存電量之作用,以達到提升可充電電池10之使用便利性。
綜上所述,本發明之可充電電池,亦未曾見於同類產品及公開使用,並具有產業利用性、新穎性與進步性,完全符合發明專利申請要件,爰依專利法提出申請,敬請詳查並賜准本案專利,以保障發明人之權利。

Claims (12)
- 【第1項】一種可充電電池,包括: 一可充電電池本體,設有一凹槽並內部具有一電路板及一電芯,該電路板與該電芯電性連接;以及 一連接器接頭,樞接於該可充電電池本體且與該電路板電性連接,該連接器接頭能夠折收於該凹槽內。
- 【第2項】如請求項1所述之可充電電池,其中該可充電電池本體包含一電池套筒及一座蓋,該電路板與該電芯容置於該電池套筒內,該座蓋填塞於該電池套筒並罩蓋於該電路板與該電芯,該凹槽自該座蓋上開設。
- 【第3項】如請求項2所述之可充電電池,其中該座蓋相對於該凹槽形成有一內壁及一底壁,該內壁設有一第一樞接孔,該底壁設有複數貫穿孔,該連接器接頭具有複數導電端子及設有一第二樞接孔,該座蓋具有一樞軸及複數導接片,該樞軸樞接於該第一樞接孔及該第二樞接孔,各該導接片穿固於各該貫穿孔並電性連接於該電路板,各該導接片的末端對應各該導電端子配置且能夠電性連接於各該導電端子。
- 【第4項】如請求項2所述之可充電電池,其中該可充電電池本體更包含一電極帽,該座蓋相對於該凹槽形成有一底壁,該底壁設有一透空孔,該電極帽穿固於該透空孔並電性連接於該電路板,該連接器接頭設有供電極帽穿設且突出的一鏤空孔。
- 【第5項】如請求項2所述之可充電電池,其中該可充電電池本體更包含一密封膠,該密封膠填充在該電路板與該電芯之間且與該電池套筒共同密封該電芯。
- 【第6項】如請求項1所述之可充電電池,其中該可充電電池本體包含一電池套筒、一罩蓋件、一極性壓板及一電芯固定架,該電芯穿設於該電芯固定架並被該電芯固定架所定位,該電路板、該電芯與該電芯固定架容置於該電池套筒內,該罩蓋件與該電芯固定架相互組接且對應該電路板與該電芯罩蓋,該罩蓋件設有一開口,該極性壓板與該連接器接頭分別樞接在該罩蓋件與該電芯固定架之間,該凹槽形成在該開口與該電芯之間。
- 【第7項】如請求項6所述之可充電電池,其中至少其一該罩蓋件及該電芯固定架一側延伸有一對第一圓弧塊,另一側延伸有一對第二圓弧塊,該極性壓板延伸有一第一轉軸,該連接器接頭延伸有一第二轉軸,該第一轉軸樞接於該對第一圓弧塊,該第二轉軸樞接於該對第二圓弧塊。
- 【第8項】如請求項7所述之可充電電池,其中該罩蓋件接近該電芯的表面設有一卡槽,該極性壓板遠離該第一轉軸的一端朝該電芯方向延伸有一卡扣,該卡扣能夠與該卡槽相互卡合。
- 【第9項】如請求項6所述之可充電電池,其中該連接器接頭及該電路板設置在該極性壓板與該電芯之間並彼此相鄰並列。
- 【第10項】如請求項1所述之可充電電池,其中該可充電電池本體包含一電池蓋板、一罩蓋件及一電芯固定架,該電芯穿設於該電芯固定架並被該電芯固定架所定位,該電池蓋板對應該電芯固定架的上側罩蓋,該電路板與該電芯容置於該電池蓋板及該電芯固定架之間,該罩蓋件與該電芯固定架相互組接且對應該電路板與該電芯罩蓋,該罩蓋件設有一開口及自該開口朝該電芯方向延伸有一延伸板,該連接器接頭樞接於該延伸板,該凹槽形成在該開口與該電芯之間。
- 【第11項】如請求項10所述之可充電電池,其中該連接器接頭包含能夠相互併接或相互分離的一左半連接器接頭及一右半連接器接頭,該左半連接器接頭延伸有一軸桿,該右半連接器接頭具有一環套,該延伸板設有一樞孔,該軸桿樞接於該環套及該樞孔。
- 【第12項】如請求項1所述之可充電電池,其中該連接器接頭為USB接頭或HDMI接頭。
