Abstract

本發明提供一種防水保護套。該保護套包括底蓋及中空的上蓋，該保護套還包括第一橡膠、中空的間隔件及中空的第二橡膠，該第一橡膠及間隔件與該上蓋固定連接，且該第一橡膠位於該間隔件及該上蓋之間，該間隔件按壓該第一橡膠使該第一橡膠緊貼於該上蓋，該第一橡膠包括彈性的薄壁透明橡膠，該底蓋面向該上蓋的一面設有收容該第二橡膠的凹槽，該上蓋面向該底蓋的一面凸設有與該凹槽配合的肋條，該上蓋與該底蓋固定連接後，該肋條擠壓該凹槽內的第二橡膠，使該第二橡膠發生形變，以填滿該凹槽。

Description

防水保護套
本發明涉及一種保護套，特別涉及一種應用於便攜電子裝置的防水保護套。
習知的可擕式電子裝置的防水保護套雖然能滿足用戶的基本需求，但仍有必要提供一種新型的防水保護套。
有鑒於此，本發明提供一種防水保護套。
該保護套包括底蓋及中空的上蓋，該保護套還包括第一橡膠、中空的間隔件及中空的第二橡膠，該第一橡膠及間隔件與該上蓋固定連接，且該第一橡膠位於該間隔件及該上蓋之間，該間隔件按壓該第一橡膠使該第一橡膠緊貼於該上蓋，該第一橡膠包括彈性的薄壁透明橡膠，該底蓋面向該上蓋的一面設有收容該第二橡膠的凹槽，該上蓋面向該底蓋的一面凸設有與該凹槽配合的肋條，該上蓋與該底蓋固定連接後，該肋條擠壓該凹槽內的第二橡膠，使該第二橡膠發生形變，以填滿該凹槽。
本發明的保護套由於第一橡膠及第二橡膠的作用，能防止水等液體進入電子裝置。
請參考圖1至圖3，本實施方式中的防水保護套100包括中空的上蓋10、底蓋20、第一橡膠30、中空的間隔件40及中空的第二橡膠50。
上蓋10包括第一邊框12及貫穿上蓋10的第一收容空間14。第一邊框12面向底蓋20的一面凸設有環繞第一收容空間14的肋條16。
第一橡膠30包括第二邊框32及主體34。主體34為彈性的薄壁透明橡膠。主體34的形狀與第一第一收容空間14的形狀相配合。間隔件40包括第三邊框42及貫穿間隔件40的第二收容空間44。第一橡膠30的第二邊框32分別與上蓋10的第一邊框12及間隔件40的第三邊框42固定連接，且位於上蓋10及間隔件40之間。第一橡膠30及間隔件40固定於上蓋10的第一邊框12後較肋條16靠近第一第一收容空間14。間隔件40的第三邊框42將第一橡膠30的第二邊框32壓緊，使第一橡膠30的第二邊框32緊貼於上蓋10的第一邊框12，並且使第一橡膠30的主體34平行於第一收容空間14，以防止水等液體從上蓋10進入保護套100。
底蓋20包括底面22及第四邊框24。第四邊框24自該底面22的邊緣朝垂直該底面22的方向延伸且環繞底面22。底面22及第四邊框24共同形成第三收容空間26，用於收容電子裝置200。本實施方式中的保護套100主要用於保護具有觸控屏的便攜電子裝置，例如平板電腦。第四邊框24面向上蓋10的一面設有凹槽28。凹槽28環繞第三收容空間26，用於收容第二橡膠50及肋條16。上蓋10與底蓋20固定連接後，肋條16收容於凹槽28內並擠壓凹槽28內的第二橡膠50，使第二橡膠50發生形變，以填滿凹槽28，從而可防止水等液體從保護套100的側邊進入保護套100。
一般的觸摸電子裝置都設有主頁鍵，因此本實施方式中的保護套100還包括按鍵部60。按鍵部60包括中空的第一按鍵框61、位於第一按鍵框61之下的按壓部62及位於按壓部62之下的中空的第二按鍵框63。第一按鍵框自上蓋10的第一邊框12向第一收容空間14延伸。第一按鍵框61設有穿孔612。按壓部62自第一橡膠30的第二邊框32向主體34延伸。第二按鍵框63自間隔件40的第三邊框42向第二收容空間44延伸。按鍵部60還包括活動置於穿孔612內的按鍵蓋64。按壓按鍵蓋64可按壓按壓部62。
使用本實施方式中的保護套100時，將電子裝置200置於第三收容空間26內，使電子裝置200設有顯示幕的一面面向用戶。將上蓋10與底蓋20固定連接，使電子裝置200上的主頁鍵置於按鍵部60下。上蓋10與底蓋20固定連接後，第一橡膠30緊貼於電子裝置200設有顯示幕的一面，肋條16收容於凹槽28並擠壓凹槽28內的第二橡膠50，使第二橡膠50發生形變，以填滿凹槽28。由於第一橡膠30及第二橡膠50的作用，保護套100能防止水等液體進入電子裝置200。並且由於第一橡膠30的主體34為彈性的薄壁透明橡膠，且電子裝置200的主頁鍵置於按鍵部60之下，在電子裝置200置於保護套100內後，用戶仍可方便地操作電子裝置。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種防水保護套，該保護套包括底蓋及中空的上蓋，其改良在於，該保護套還包括第一橡膠、中空的間隔件及中空的第二橡膠，該第一橡膠及間隔件與該上蓋固定連接，且該第一橡膠位於該間隔件及該上蓋之間，該間隔件按壓該第一橡膠使該第一橡膠緊貼於該上蓋，該第一橡膠包括彈性的薄壁透明橡膠，該底蓋面向該上蓋的一面設有收容該第二橡膠的凹槽，該上蓋面向該底蓋的一面凸設有與該凹槽配合的肋條，該上蓋與該底蓋固定連接後，該肋條擠壓該凹槽內的第二橡膠，使該第二橡膠發生形變，以填滿該凹槽。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的防水保護套，其中，該上蓋包括第一邊框及貫穿該上蓋的第一收容空間，該肋條自該第一邊框凸出並環繞該第一收容空間，該第一橡膠包括第二邊框及主體，該主體為彈性的薄壁透明橡膠，該間隔件包括第三邊框及貫穿該間隔件的第二收容空間，該第一橡膠的第二邊框及該間隔件的第三邊框固定於該上蓋的第一邊框上，且較該肋條靠近該第一收容空間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的防水保護套，其中，該保護套還包括按鍵部，該按鍵部包括中空的第一按鍵框、按壓部及中空的第二按鍵框，該第一按鍵框自該上蓋的第一邊框向該收容空間延伸，該按壓部自該第一橡膠的第二邊框向該主體延伸，該第二按鍵框自該間隔件的第三邊框向該第二收容空間延伸。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的防水保護套，其中，該第一按鍵框設有穿孔，該按鍵部還包括活動地置於該穿孔內的按鍵蓋。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的防水保護套，其中，該底蓋包括底面及第四邊框，該第四邊框自該底面的邊緣朝垂直該底面的方向延伸且環繞該底面，該底面及該第四邊框共同形成第三收容空間，用於收容電子裝置，該凹槽設置於該第四邊框上並環繞該第三收容空間。
