200808404 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明與運動健身器材有關,特別是關於一種可呈扁 平收折形態的跑步機。 【先前技術】 現今多數跑步機都是設計成可收折的型式,讓使用者 能將其收折成較不佔空間的形態,以便收存或搬移。對於 • 室内空間較受限制的一般家庭而言,上述收折功能更顯重 要,亦即,由於常要進行收折、搬移、存放、取用等動作, 因此’更精簡的收折形態,以及更方便的收存、取用方式, 無疑會是吸引一般消費者選購的重要誘因。 大體而言,一台跑步機在結構上可簡單區分為橫置在 地面上的跑步台,以及豎立在跑步台前端的支撐架兩大部 分。目前市面上所謂的折疊式跑步機,絕大多數的收折方 式都是將跑步台以其前端為轴往上掀起,使跑步台大致直 _ 立地與支撐架併靠在一起。此種收折形態雖能減少機台的 佔地面積,但因結構不夠集縮,收折後的容積(指最大長、 寬、高的乘積)仍然不小,在搬移或收藏時還是不太方便。 相反地,習知技藝中亦有少數跑步機是採取將支撐架 往下折倒至跑步台上,藉此呈現扁平收折形態的方法。此 種扁平收折形態有利於將跑步機收藏至家庭中的低矮缝 隙内,例如床舖底下、沙發底下等,頗能有效利用閒置空 間。但從另一角度來看,此種跑步機若是收折之後仍無法 5 200808404 收藏至低矮縫隙内,縱使容積已大幅減少’卻依然佔據極 大的地板面積,亦非理想的收折形態。 美國第5,1〇2,36〇號專利(以下稱前案一)即揭露一 種可呈扁平收折形態的跑步機,前述跑步機的跑步台前端 中央凸伸一桿狀支撐架,支撐架頂端設有一控制面板及一 扶手。特點在於,前述支撐架是將其底端樞接在跑步台 上,平時鎖定於豎立姿態,不使用時則可往後傾倒成橫平 妥恶。鈿案一在收折方面的主要缺點在於:使用狀態下, 前述扶手是由支撐架頂端往後延伸,供使用者扶握^當支 撐架往後傾倒之後,扶手會卡在支撐架與跑步台頂^之 間,因此,支撐架無法平貼於跑步台了貝面,使得跑步機在 收折之後仍然不夠低矮,形成收藏時的阻礙。 此外,中國第則2769·Χ號專利(以下稱前案二)亦 揭露-種可呈扁平收折形態的跑步機,與前案一不同的 是,前述跑步機的支雜是由左、右二側#所構成,前述 二侧桿的頂端之間連結-桿狀扶手,而扶手中央樞接一控 制面板。當支撑架純傾倒之後,桿狀扶手幾乎貼靠於跑 步台頂面’而且,使用者可再將控制面板往前往下板轉, 使其背面貼近跑步台頂面,藉此壓低跑步機收折後的整體 〇 TjlC. 中國第G160522G· 7號專利(以下稱前案三)也揭露一 種可呈爲平收折形態的跑步機,前述跑 手及控制面板的形式與前案二大致相同,亦:;支 態下,固接於支撐架的桿狀扶手會㈣於辭台頂面,而 6 200808404 樞接於扶手的控制面板可再被往前往下扳轉至貼近跑步 台了頁面。 月’J案二與前案三的方式雖然進一步壓低了跑步機收 折後的高度,然而,當使用者要將跑步機由收折狀態變換 至使用狀態時,在將支撐架抬高至定位以後,還必須將控 制面板適度往上扳轉(或是順序相反——先扳起面板,再 抬高支撑架),才能使控制面板位在運動時方便觀看及觸 按的預設角度。此般操作方式,不僅控制面板在收折、展 開時的扳轉角度較大(通常在135度左右),更甚者,如果 控制面板的樞軸部位沒有設計鎖定機構(註:該二前案均 未揭示),那麼使用者即無法一次就將控制面板扳轉至正 確角度,而且,在使用過程中,後傾的控制面板也可能因 為樞接鬆弛而往下低沉,或是因為使用者施力觸壓而偏離 正確角度。此外,前案二與前案三中的控制面板均是直接 連接在扶手前侧,亦即,供人觀看資訊的控制面板與供人 捉握的扶手前後緊鄰,造成使用者在運動中若捉握扶手且 欲觀^面板時,必須雜大的下俯角度低職視雙手之間 的略前方位置,如此容易造成頸部酸疼,人體工學有待改 進。 另一方面’為了方便使用者將收藏於床舖或沙發底下 的跑步機拖出’前案三所揭露的跑步機在其跑步台左、右 =側的後端角落設有拖拉用的手把。不過,由^述手把 疋设置在接近地_極低位置,且其捉握部位呈現垂直地 面的桿狀’供人以拳眼朝上的方式捉握,因此,使用者必 200808404 須完全蹲下,才能以小臂水平且貼近地面的方式伸手捉握 前述手把,並且還要維持蹲踞姿勢碎步後退,才能將跑步 機由低矮縫隙内拖出,此般取用動作顯然並不方便。 【發明内容】 本發明的主要目的在於提供_種可呈扁平收折形態 的跑步機,可讓使用者依需要將收折後的跑步機安排成平 躺放置或是直立放置,以便將跑步機收存在橫向或縱向的 扁平空間’例如床舖底下、沙發底下、櫥櫃_、貼靠牆 壁……等,收存方式較為靈活。 本發明的另-目的在於提供—種可呈扁平收折形態 ,跑步機’前述跑步機魏聽態下的高度/厚度極小, ♦易收存於扁平空間巾,^且’當使用者將跑步機由收折 狀態變換至制狀態時,可祕正料使各構狀位在預 設角度,提供出可在運動忖便觀看#訊的控制面板以及 方便扶握的扶手。 本發明的又—目的在於提供—種可呈騎收折形態 置時,前述輔助組件相對靠近跑步台。 在本發明的一實施例中,跑步台的其中一端形成一立 定端,前述立定端背對另一端的侧面上具有一支撐面,使 知跑步台除了能以平躺姿態設置於地面上,還能利用前述 支撐面支撐地面,而以一直立姿態設置於地面上;而且, 當支撐架位於前述收折位置且跑步台呈前述直立姿態 時,跑步機可穩定架立於地面上。藉此,使用者可選擇將 _ 收折後的跑步機安排成平躺放置或是直立放置,以便收存 在橫向或縱向的扁平空間。 在本發明的一實施例中,前述扶手可相對於支撐架在 一使用位置及一退避位置之間轉動;當扶手位於前述使用 位置時’扶手供人扶握的扶握部是位在支撐架的長軸線的 其中一側邊,反之,當扶手位於前述退避位置時,前述扶 握部疋大致位在支撐架的長轴線上。藉此,當支撐架位於 前述收折位置且扶手位於前述退避位置時,支撐架及扶手 _ 能與跑步台疊合,讓跑步機在收折狀態下的高度/厚度極 小,而且,當使用者將跑步機由收折狀態變換至使用狀態 時,只要將扶手由前述退避位置小幅度地扳轉至前述使用 位置即可,進而,若利用由退避位置至使用位置的旋向對 應於使用者扶握扶手時往下施力的方向,則不需鎖定機構 即可使扶手定位在使用位置。 在本發明的一實施例中,當支撐架位於前述收折位置 時,前述輔助組件大致位在跑步台的其中一端;而且,輔 9 200808404 助組件包含有-拉提部,可在跑步台呈前述平躺姿態且支 撐架位於前述收折位料,供_使用者捉握以拖拉跑步 機0 【實施方式】 以下即配合附圖詳細說明本發明上揭技術特徵的一 較佳^機構,以錢藉簡致的功效 、特點。 第了至二圖顯示本發明一較佳實施例在使用狀態下 =多種視角外觀,如圖所示,本發明的跑步機(1())主要包 3有平置在地面上的一跑步台(2〇)、豎立在跑步台前端的 -支撐架(40),錢設在切架頂賴-獅組件(5〇); 其中,辅助組件(50)主要包含一控制面板(51)及一扶手 (52)。(注·上述構成在不同狀態下會有不同的空間形態, 以下將會逐步說明;但在未特別表示之前,有關「水平」、 「直立」一類的描述,以及「前」、「後」、「上」、「下」等 方向指示,都是先針對跑步機(10)在使用狀態下的空間形 態而言,並非構件始終不變的形態限定。此外,詳細說明 中的「前」、「後」、「左」、「右」等方向指示,都是對應於 使用者在使用狀態下的方向認知,與圖式說明並無對應關 係。) 跑步台(20)大致呈現平貼於地且前後較長的長方 形,其具有一骨架(21),骨架(21)具有沿著前後軸向平直 延伸的左、右二侧條(22),前述二側條(22)之間設有一長 方形跑板(23),而且在跑板(23)前方及後方分別樞設一左 200808404 右延伸的滾軸(24)(圖中僅標示出位在後方的滾軸),前、 後二滾軸(24)之間套設一繞經跑板(23)頂面及底面的環 狀跑帶(25),藉此在前述二滾軸(24)之間提供一運動面 (26) ,可供一使用者在上面原地走路或跑步。前述二側條 (22)的頂面呈水平狀,可供使用者跨立踩站。 本較佳實施例為一電動跑步機,更詳而言之,在前述 運動面(26)的前方,亦即跑步台(20)的最前端,設有一仰 賴電力運作的驅動裝置(圖中未示,被包覆在護蓋(27)内 • 部),其可利用馬達出力驅轉較前方的前述滾轴(未標 示),藉以帶動跑帶(25)以預定速度循環繞轉。前述護蓋 (27) 概呈扁平的矩形箱體,其頂面高於運動面(26)及侧條 (22)頂面。 跑步台(20)底部的偏前端及偏後端位置各設有左、右 二腳墊(31),當跑步台(20)呈現平躺姿態時,即是以該等 腳墊(31)平穩支撐在地面上。如第三圖所示,當跑步台 (20)以平躺姿態設置於地面(G)上時,跑步台(20)的長轴 線(L1)——亦即跑步台(20)前、後二端的連結線一〜係平 行於地面(G)。 此處必須補充說明的是,在本實施例中,當跑步機 (10)在使用狀態下,跑步台(20)的運動面(26)係與地面 (G)平行,而且無法調整角度。但是,在實施選擇上,本 發明亦可能設計成運動面(26)可相對於地面(G)產生角^ 變化的形式,最簡單的實施方法即是如前案一及前案二= 所揭露的,在跑步台的底部前端樞設可扳轉的支腳, 11 200808404 腳豎起時可將跑步台前端撐離地面,藉此使運動面呈現預 定仰角。但無論如何,本發明中的跑步台(2〇)均要能夠呈 現長轴線(L1)平行地面(G)的平躺姿態,藉以達成後述的 扁平收折形態。 支撐架(4 0 )是由平行二侧桿(41)以及連結前述二侧 桿的一飾板(42)所構成。各侧桿(41)呈直條狀,並且將其 中一端依左右軸向樞接在跑步台(20)上的侧條(22)前端 位置,且樞轴高度介於侧條(22)頂面及護蓋(27)頂面之 間。飾板(42)連結於前述二侧桿(41)之間,使左、右二侧 桿(41)同步動作。對支撐架(4〇)整體而言,前述二侧桿 (41)的底端形成一與跑步台(2〇)連接的連接端(43),而侧 桿(41)頂端及飾板(42)頂緣部位形成一用以支撐前述輔 助組件(50)的支撐端(44)。請參閱第三圖,連結連接端 (43)及支撐端(44)的連結線(含其延長線)在此定義為支 撐架(40)的長軸線(L2)。此外,以下將支撐架(4〇)朝向使 用者的一面稱為正面,另一面稱為背面。 支撐架(40)能以其連接端(43)為軸,相對於跑步台 (20)在一展開位置(如第三圖所示)及一收折位置(如第五 圖所示)之間轉動,並且能被定位在其中任一位置。請參 閱第三圖,在跑步台(20)呈現平躺姿態的前提下,當支撐 架(40)位在展開位置時,其長轴線(L2)大致垂直於地面 (G);反之,請參閱第五圖,當支撐架(4〇)位在收折位置 時,其長軸線(L2)係平行於地面(G),而且,基於支擇架 (40)的前述形狀以及柩接位置,此時前述二側桿(41)會分 12 200808404 別貼靠於跑步台(20)的左、右二侧條(22)頂面,而飾板 (42)也覆蓋在運動面(26)上,且其高度大致與跑步台(2〇) 前端的護蓋(27)頂面等高。 支撐架(40)的底部與跑步台(2〇)之間設有一第一定 位裝置,可將支撐架(40)定位在前述展開位置。前述第一 疋位裝置主要包含左、右二伸縮桿(61)以及連結在前述二 伸縮桿之間的一扭把(62)。各伸縮桿(61)由一外管及一内 桿同軸套接而成,其中一端依左右軸向樞接在跑步台(2〇) • 的前端侧邊,另一端依左右軸向樞接在支撐架(40)的侧桿 (41)背面適當位置。因此,當支撐架(4〇)由展開位置倒向 收折位置時,左、右二伸縮桿(61)會被同步拉長;反之, 當支撐架(40)由收折位置掀往展開位置時,左、右二伸縮 桿(61)會被同步壓短。當支撐架(4〇)將伸縮桿(61)壓縮至 取紐長度時,支撐架(40)即卡止在前述展開位置,而此時 的伸縮桿(41)大約傾斜45度連結在支撐架(4〇)與跑步台 (20)之間。在本實施例中,跑步台(2〇)前端的護蓋 _ 左、右二侧各設有一由近前緣位置連通至後緣的凹槽 (28),各伸縮桿(61)的前端是樞接在對應的凹槽(28)内部 前端,當支撐架(40)傾倒至收折位置時,伸縮桿(61)會被 牽引成水平狀態,且其後半段會容置於凹槽(28)内,如第 四、五圖所示。 扭把(62)的左、右二端分別以曲柄形式樞接在前述二 伸縮桿(61)中央,而且在各樞接部位設有橡膠材質的偏心 凸輪(圖中未示),當扭把(62)相對於伸縮桿(61)扳轉至一 13 200808404 特定角度,前述凸輪會迫緊時,使其無法㈣於外管進 行伸縮,亦即使伸縮桿(61)固定在當時長度;反之,♦扭 把⑽相對於伸縮桿⑽扳轉至另—角度,前述凸輪;不 會壓迫内桿,使得伸縮桿(61)能自由伸縮。藉此,當使用 者在伸縮桿(61)能自由伸縮的狀態下,將支撐架⑽由收 折位置掀絲展開位置之後,即可利肋把⑽鎖定前述 二伸縮桿(61)的長度,使支撐架⑽定位在直立狀的展開 位置。操作細節在後文中有進一步描述。 在本實施例中,前述辅助組件(50)當中的控制面板 (51)是由支撐架(40)的支撐端(44)一體往上往前延伸,折 角大約45度,而其朝向使用者的一面(正面)設有若干觸 控按鍵以及燈號、螢幕視窗等顯示部(圖中未示),用以供 使用者輸入命令或資料,以及顯示供使用者觀看的資訊, 例如跑帶速度、運動荜離、運動時間--------等。 輔助組件(50)的扶手(52)是由平行二侧部(53)以及 連結前述二侧部的一桿狀扶握部(54)所組成,扶手(52) 利用侧部(53)依左右軸向樞設在支撐架(4〇)的支撐端 (44),前述二側部(53)分別位在支撐架(4〇)的左、右二外 侧,而桿狀扶握部(54)呈現左右延伸的水平狀,約與支撐 架(40)等寬。請參閱第三圖,扶手(52)可相對於支撐架 (40)在一使用位置(圖中實線所示位置)及一退避位置(圖 中假想線所示位置)之間轉動。當扶手(52)位於使用位置 時,側部(53)是由支撐架(40)大致水平地往後延伸,亦 即,扶握部(54)位在支撐架(40)的長軸線(L2)後方,比支 200808404 樓架⑽更靠近制者,可供❹者雙手扶握;當扶手 (52)位於退避位置時’側部⑽是由支撐架⑽頂^往上 延伸,使得扶㈣(54)大致位在支撐架⑽)的長軸線⑽ 上。 本實施例限制扶手(52)僅能在上述9〇度左右的範圍 内偏轉’但並未裝㈣扶手⑽較在前述制位置或退 避位置的裝置’簡言之’以第三圖的視角為例,當扶手(52) 由退避位置(假想線所示位置)依順時鐘方向轉動時,至使 用位置即會受到阻擋而卡止,無法再往下偏轉,但可直接 轉回退避位置;反之亦然。其中,扶手(52)的樞軸部位具 有適當的鬆緊程度,必須有預定施力才能加以轉動。 使用者在利用本發明的跑步機(10)進行走路或跑步 運動時,可依需要將其雙手扶握在扶手(52)的扶握部(54) 上’以保持運動的安定性及安全感。而且,本實施例中的 扶握部(54)上設有一心跳偵測器(55),可透過手部接觸價 知使用者的心跳頻率,進而顯不在控制面板(51)上,或是 作為運動程式的參數。 由於使用者扶握位於使用位置的扶手(52)時,對扶| (52)的施力方向(即第三圖視角的順時鐘方向)係與扶手 (52)的可轉動方向相反,因此扶手(52)即使沒有鎖定機構 也可安定地位在使用位置。 另一方面,控制面板(51)是由支撐架(40)頂端以預定 斜度往上往前延伸,因此能固定在方便使用者觀看及觸按 的預設角度。相較於此,前案二及前案三當中的轉動式控 15 200808404 制面板,除非(增加成本)設置鎖定機構予以鎖定,否則在 使用過程中,前傾的控制面板容易因為使用者觸壓按鍵時 往前往下施力(同於控制面板的可轉動方向)而偏離預設 角度。 當使用者要收存跑步機(ίο)時’必須先將第一定位裝 置的扭把(62)扳鬆,使前述二伸縮桿(61)能自由伸縮,再 將支撐架(40)折倒至平貼於跑步台(20)上。同時,使用者 還必須將扶手(52)由使用位置扳轉至退避位置,使得轉移 到支撐架(40)長轴線(L2)上的扶握部(54),能夠與支撐架 (40)—起平貼在跑步台(2〇)頂面,不致阻礙支撐架(4〇) 與跑步台(20)疊合,如第四、五圖所示。 前述扶手(52)的扶握部(54)是呈現左右延伸的直桿 狀,供使用者以雙手拳眼相對的方式捉握。除了上揭形 式,本發明的扶手也可設計成由左、右二桿體所構成(圖 中未示),各桿體的其中一端樞接在支撐架(4〇)側邊,使 用時伸往後方,位在使用者的左、右二侧,分別供使用者 單手扶握;收折時則轉動至與支撐架(4〇)長軸線(L2)併 合,同樣不會阻礙支撐架(40)與跑步台(20)疊合。上述側 邊捉握的設計可與圖例中的前方捉握結構併存。 理論上,當支撐架(40)位在收折位置時,亦可利用第 一定位裝置的扭把(62)將伸縮桿(61)鎖定在伸長狀態,達 到定位支撐架(40)的目的。但是在本實施例中,支撐架 (40)與跑步台(2〇)之間另外設有一第二定位裝置,可將支 撐架(40)定位在前述收折位置。前述第二定位裝置包含有 16 200808404 二卡鉤組件(71),前述二卡鉤組件(π)分別設在支撐架 (40)接近支撐端(44)的左、右二侧邊,而且,跑步台(20) 的左、右二側條(22)上各設有一對應的扣孔(29),當支撐 架(40)位在收折位置時,前述二卡鉤組件(71)會分別與前 述二扣孔(29)勾扣結合。更詳而言之,各卡鉤組件(Η) 具有凸伸出支撐架(40)正面的二倒鉤(72),前述二倒鉤 (72)以類似曬衣夾的結構樞設在支撐架(4〇)上,並且受到 内藏的彈簧作用,使得平時呈現開岔狀,當支撐架(4〇) 由展開位置往後傾躺,在快要接近水平狀態時,卡鉤組件 (71)的一倒鉤(72)會因外侧斜邊受到扣孔(29)孔緣的迫 導,因而逐漸束合成平行狀而順利插入扣孔(29)内,俟支 撐架(40)完全水平時,前述二倒鉤(72)即在扣孔(29)内部 文則述彈力作用再度開岔,與跑步台(2〇)的側條(22)形成 勾扣結合,藉此將支撐架(40)定位在收折位置。 4各卡鉤組件(71)還具有一位在支撐架(4〇)背面的解 掣鈕(73)(參閱第二、第四圖),解掣鈕(73)平時呈彈性浮 起狀態,按壓解掣鈕(73)可迫使前述二倒鉤(72)束合成平 行狀,鬆放時前述二倒鉤(72)又會恢復成開岔狀。當使用 者μ將支撐架(4〇)由收折位置掀往展開位置時,必須以雙 手同時按壓左、右二解掣鈕(73),使前述二卡鉤組件(71) 的倒鉤(72)均能抽出跑步台(2())的扣孔(29),如此才能將 支撐架(40)掀離跑步台(2〇)。 m t第四、五圖所示,當支撐架(40)位在收折位置時, 第疋位裳置的扭把(62)疊置在跑步台(2〇)的護蓋(2?) 17 200808404 上’此時’扭把⑽與前述二伸縮桿(61)爽角較小,伸縮 桿⑽並未受馳把⑽較。#使用麵支撐架⑽ 掀至展開位置時,伸縮桿⑽如前所述約斜45度角,此 時必須再將扭把(62)往上扳提至約略呈現水平,如第三圖 所示,使伸縮桿⑽受到扭把⑽鎖定而無法伸長,因而 將支撐架(40)維持在展開位置。 將支樓架(40)定位在展開位置之後,使用者必須再將 扶手(52)由退避位置往後往下扳至使驗置,以供運動時 扶握。值得再度強調的是,當使时將跑步機⑽由收折 狀態變換錢用狀態時,控制面板(51)會隨著支撑架(4〇) 到位而直接呈現預設肖度,無須另外扳轉,而扶手(52) 亦可被小幅度地一次扳到定位,十分簡便。 此外,在使用狀態下,扶手(52)的扶握部(54)是位在 控制面板(51)的下方,並且與控制面板(51)相隔一段距離 (即扶手(52)的侧部(53)長度),反過來說,控制面板(51) 是由雙手捉握位置的前方適當距離處往上傾斜延伸,因 此,相較於前案二、前案三的形式(即控制面板直接由扶 手往上傾斜延伸),當使用者捉握扶手(52)且觀看控制面 板(51)時’低頭角度或視線下俯角度較小,人體工學較佳。 由第四、五圖可看出,因為支撐架(4〇)折倒之後能完 全平貼在跑步台(20)上,所以跑步機(1〇)在收折狀態下是 呈現高集縮度的扁平形態,而且主體高度極低,容易收藏 至床舖或沙發底下等低矮縫隙中。 如第五圖所示,當支撐架(4〇)折倒至收折位置時,支 18 200808404 樓架⑽的支撐端(44)會位在跑步台⑽的後端位置,而 由支撐端(44)往上延伸的控制面板⑸),外緣大致與跑步 台(20)的後緣切齊。請配合參閱第二、第四圖,本實施例 中的辅助組件⑽還包含有—拉提部(56),前述拉提部 ⑽設在控制面板⑼背面外緣中央的一凹窩(57)中呈 現左右延伸的桿狀,可供使用者單手捉握。當跑步機⑽ 呈現前揭扁平收折形態時,拉提部⑽對應位在跑步機 (10)的後端頂侧,方便使用者由上往下伸手捉握。 前已述及’跑步台(20)是以底部四個角落的腳墊(31) 平穩支揮於地面⑹上。事實上,如第五圖所示,除了腳 墊(31)以外,跑步台(20)底部的最前端另外還設有左、右 二滾輪(32),前述二滾輪(32)平時只是輕抵於地面(G), 或是與地面(G)之間存在一微小間隙,總之並不影響跑步 台(20)疋位在地面(G)上的穩定性。當跑步機(1〇)呈現扁
