Abstract

A glass adhering structure for a dispenser stage comprises a plurality of suction holes formed in an upper surface of a stage where a plate such as a glass can be placed for applying a suction force to a glass, and inclined grooves formed between rows of the suction holes and each having an inclined surface. According to the structure, a cleaning operation for the stage is facilitated. Also, an amount of static electricity generated between the glass and the stage when the glass is lifted from the stage after dropping liquid crystal onto the glass is completed is minimized, thereby decreasing a defect rate of the glass.
