Abstract
The present invention is to provide a short circuit connector that can enhance the reliability of connection for an inverter substrate of a power supply circuit constituting the backlight of the external electrode fluorescence lamp (EEFL tube). The pin contacts 31, 31 of two poles accommodated in the insulating housing 21 have two projected contact pin portions 32, 32 toward an opening portion 23 of the housing 21 substantially in parallel and two lead wiring portions 34, 34 soldered on the print circuit board and extended from the housing 21 to contact the intermediate portion 33 between pin portion 32 and lead wiring portion 34. It is a male connector 20 of contact 22 of short circuit construction integrally connected by a connecting panel 36.
