Abstract

A lens driving device is provided with lenses (2a, 2b) for forming an image of an object, a lens frame (3) for holding lenses (2a, 2b) and having a guide hole (35) formed approximately in parallel with an optical axis of the lenses (2a, 2b), a fixing portion having a guide shaft (4) which is slidably inserted in the guide hole (35), a coil (5) fixed onto the lens frame (3), a magnet (7) engaged with the coil (5), and an yoke (6) on which the magnet (7) is mounted. The yoke (6) is arranged moveably in the direction along the optical axis.
