Abstract

The present invention relates to an electrical connecting system that electrically connects inner and outer sides of a vacuum chamber using narrowly pitched wiring. The system includes an insulating first substrate that covers a hole in a bulkhead and has via holes filled with conductive material, and conductive pads spread over inside and outside surfaces of the chamber and connected with the conductive material; first connectors each of which has second substrates with a conductive layer formed on one surface internal wiring of the chamber soldered to one end of the conductive layer , and spring contacts which are soldered to the other end of the conductive layer and whose tips are pressed against the conductive pads spread over the inside surface of the chamber; and second connectors which have the same structure as the first connectors and are located outside the chamber.
