Abstract
Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmiş yeni MCT proteinlerini şifreleyen MCT nükleik asit molekülleri adlı izole edilmiş nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Buluş anti duyarlı nükleik asit molekülleri, MCT nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birleştirici tanım vektörleri ve tanım vektörlerinin yerleştirildiği konakçı hücreler de sağlar. Hali hazırda buluş ayrıca izole edilmiş MCT proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmiş MCT proteinleri, fıizyon proteinleri, antijenik peptitler ve bu organizmadaki MCT genlerinin genetik mühendisliğine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bileşiğin C. Glutamicum'dan üretiminin geliştirilmesine yönelik metotlar sağlar.Isolated nucleic acid molecules called MCT nucleic acid molecules encoding novel MCT proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing MCT nucleic acid molecules, and host cells into which the expression vectors are introduced. The present invention also provides methods for improving the production of a desired compound from C. Glutamicum based on genetic engineering of isolated MCT proteins, mutated MCT proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and MCT genes in this organism.
