Abstract

Tercihen döküm çinkodan bir mahfazanin, 1/16 inç çapinda olup bir ucundan mahfazaya bu odadan dövülerek zimbalanan bir metal bükümlü kablonun girecegi bir odasi vardir. Mahfazada mahfaza çevresindeki dis ortamla, mahfazanin karsilikli uçlarindaki açikliklar vasitasiyla baglantili olan konik bir delik bulunur. Bu delik yüzeyinde, açikliklarla ayni hizada olup kesintisiz bir kablo geçis yolu olusturan ve kablo çapinin yaklasik yarisi kadar bir derinligi olan bir kanal vardir. Konik delikte ayrica oldukça gevsek bir helezoni yay ile bir çift farkli çapta çelik bilya vardir: kablonun serbest ucu mahfazanin içinden geçen kablo yoluna, bilyalarin ve yayin minimum direnciyle sokulur. Kablonun geri çekilmesi ile bilyalar kabloyu kanallama hareketiyle sikistirip deforme ederek mahfazaya kilitlerler. Bilyalarin her biri kabloya esit olarak gerilim uygulayarak kanallama hareketinin gerilimini yayarlar. Bu, her bir bilyada kablo üzerinde gerilim yogunlugunu azaltir ve böylece kablo (DEVAMI VAR)
