Abstract

Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени и может быть использовано дл соединени трубопроводов, требующих по тех.нике безопасности сборки и разборки без присутстви обслуживающего персонала . Цель изобретени -- повышение удобства эксплуатации. Соединение состоит- из двух трубопроводов 1 и 2 с буртами 3 и 4, скрепленными захватами 5, блокируемыми подпружиненной втулкой 7. Захваты выполнены в виде секторов разрезной втулки, снабженных V-образными зубь ми 12, вложенными в аналогичной формы в поперечном сечении кольцевую канавку на трубопроводе с возможностью разворота в ней за счет упругого элемента 11, охватывающего секторные захваты в плоскости, смещенной относительно плоскости расположени вершин зубьев. Подвижна подпружиненна втулка 7 снабжена подвижным подпружиненным кольцом 8, взаимодействующим с шариковым фиксатором 10, установленным во втулку 7. Дл исключени разборки соединени при наличии давлени среды в трубопроводе секторные захваты 5 контактируют с буртами по коническим поверхност м с углом наклона больше угла трени . In order to avoid disassembling the joint in the presence of medium pressure in the pipeline, the sector clamps 5 contact the shoulders on conical surfaces with a tilt angle greater than the friction angle.
