Изобретение относитс  к строительным материалам, в частности к способам приготовлени  пластифицирующей добавки дл  бетонной смеси, используемых в производстве бетонных и железобетонных изделий. Цель изобретени  - снижение расхода цемента и повышение выносливости бетона при раст жении. Предлагаемый способ включает обработку раствора технического лигносульфоната отходом от травлени  алюминиевых изделий едким натром, с последующим удалением осадка и термообработкой раствора при 95-100°С в течение 10-30 мин при следующем соотношении исходных компонентов на сухие продукты, мас.%: технический лигносульфонат 40-55, едкий натр 10-20; тетрагидроксоалюминат натри  10-20; пентогидроксоалюминат натри  5-10; гидроокись алюмини  10-20 Введение в бетонную смесь предлагаемого пластификатора в количестве 0,2-0,8% от массы цемента позвол ет снизить расход цемента на 15% и повысить выносливость бетона при раст жении в 4 раза по сравнению с известным. 1 табл L ЧЭ ч-со сThe invention relates to building materials, in particular to methods for preparing a plasticizing agent for concrete mixtures used in the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products.
