Abstract
FIELD: chemical technology of are and dispersed elements. SUBSTANCE: solution is passed through column with sorbing material containing selective sorbent in hydrogen form on the base of manganese oxides or on the base of manganese and aluminium oxides and additive sorbent in salt form. The process is followed by regeneration of selective sorbent and additive sorbent with the help of nitric acid and alkali solution respectively. Sorbent on the base of titanium hydroxide or mixed titanium-ferrum hydroxide is used as additive sorbent. Alternating layers of selective and additive sorbent are used by sorption, number of these layers are 2-8 and 2-7 respectively. Regeneration of additive sorbent is carried out with the help of alkali solution mixed with origin lithium solution at pH 12-13. Mass ratio of selective and additive sorbent in sorbing material is (0.8: 1)-(1.2: 1). EFFECT: decreases regeneration time, increases extraction degree of lithium, increases regeneration degree of additive sorbent. 3 cl, 1 tbl
