Этилат натри  (СНзСН2ОМа) широко примен етс  в фармацевтической промышленности в качестве конденсирующего агента при производстве , например, витамина В , пирамидона, антипирена, анальгина, люминала, верон1ала и т. п.Sodium ethoxide (CH3CH2OMa) is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry as a condensing agent in the production of, for example, vitamin B, pyramidone, flame retardant, analgin, luminal, verontal and the like.

Этилат натри  можно также получить из спирта и ш,елочи. Образующуюс  в результате реакции воду удал ют методом ректификации азеотропной смеси, использу  бензол в качестве вспомогательной жидкости . Трубка 1, вставленна  через пробку в колбу А, изолирована в верхней части асбестовым шнуром и соединена с холодильником, нижн   трубка которого в свою очередь соедин етс  с трубкой 2, доход щей почти до дна колбы Б. Через пробку колбы Б проходит трубка 3, соедин  юща  верхнюю часть этой колбы с нижней частью колбы А.
