Abstract
FIELD: organic chemistry, substituted iminostilbenes. SUBSTANCE: product: 5-[w-dimethyl) (or diethyl) aminoacetyl]-3-carbethoxyamino- iminostilbenes. Synthesis is carried out from 5-chloroacetyl-3-carbethoxyaminoiminostilbene and dimethyl (or diethyl) amine in toluene medium at heating for 2 hr. Yield is 85%, m. p. is 147-148.5 C (for dimethyl-derivative) and 146-147.5 C (for diethyl-derivative). Synthesized compounds show enhanced activity against aconitine arrhythmia as compared with that of 5-(w-diethylaminoacetyl)-3-carbethoxyaminoiminodibenzyl and can be used in medicine.
