Abstract

Predmet izuma je kompaktni linearni solenoid z izboljšano geometrijo magnetno aktivnih površin. Z inovativno obliko bata in/ali baze se izboljša geometrija magnetno aktivnih površin. Napram konvencionalnemu solenoidu konusnega tipa izboljšana geometrija po izumu omogoča dvig zmogljivosti solenoida v smislu višje prožilne sile, višje držalne sile, konstantnosti ali linearnosti poteka sile ali prilagoditve poteka sile specifični aplikaciji ob omejeni porabi električne energije in omejenih gabaritih solenoida. Poleg tega geometrija omogoča nased pomičnega sestava v končni legi brez nevarnosti zaskočitve. Rešitev dodatno predstavlja izboljšanje z vidika vibracijske odpornosti, enostavnosti izdelave, robustnosti in determinističnosti delovanja, življenjske dobe in serijske proizvedljivosti.Subject of the invention is a compact linear solenoid with improved geometry of magnetically active surfaces. The innovative shape of the piston and / or base improves the geometry of the magnetically active surfaces. In addition to the conventional cone type cone-shaped solenoid, the improved geometry of the invention makes it possible to raise the solenoid capacity in terms of a higher trigger force, higher holding force, constant or linearity of the force passing or the adaptation of force to a specific application with limited power consumption and limited solenoid dimensions. In addition, the geometry allows the slide configuration in the end position without the risk of locking. The solution additionally represents an improvement in terms of vibration resistance, ease of production, robustness and deterministic operation, lifetime and serial production.
