Abstract
Vrtljivi perlator z vrtljivo čistilno mrežico (5) rešuje problem čiščenja čistilne mrežice, ki se nahaja v ohišju perlatorja (2). Perlator je možno očistiti brez kakršnegakoli orodja in brez predhodne demontaže perlatorja. Bistvo izuma je, daje mrežica v perlatorju osno pritrjena in, da se lahko vrti v perlatorju za najmanj 180 stopinj. VRTLJIVA MREŽICA ZA SANITARNE BATERIJEROTARY SANITARY NETWORK
Mrežice spadajo v področje strojnih elementov pri strojnih napeljavah, oziroma se mrežice uporabljajo pri sanitarnih baterijah za čiščenje pitne vode od mehanskih delcev, ki so včasih prisotni v vodi. Druga funkcija mrežice je tudi usmeritev curka vode na sanitarnih baterijah pri iztoku vode. Vrtljiva mrežica je izum, ki rešuje problem čiščenja mrežice pri iztoku pipe , oziroma čistilne mrežice ,ki se nahaja v ohišju usmerjevalnika vode pri iztoku. Izum je tako konstruiran in projektiran, da pri čiščenju čistilne mrežice ne rabimo orodja za demontažo, očistimo mrežico pod vodnim tlakom. Vrtljiva mrežica deluje tako, da po navadi s kazalcem potisnemo čistilno mrežico v notranjost ohišja, oziroma nasproti smeri iztoka vode. V tem primeru se začne čistilna mrežica v ohišju obračati,tako da dobimo mehanske delce na zunanjo stran ohišja in obenem tudi spremenimo smer pretoka vode skozi čistilno mrežico. Ko čistilno mrežico obrnemo,lahko odpremo vodo na bateriji. Čistilna mrežica se v takem položaju pod tlakom očisti in se čez 5 sekund voda zapre. Ko vodo zapremo, zopet s prstom potisnemo čistilno mrežico v notranjost ohišja in jo s prstom naravnamo v horizontalno pozicijo. Postopek izdelave,se izvaja na tako imenovanih CNC strojih kateri bodo izdelali ohišje mrežice iz medenine. Ko se ohišje izdela na CNC stroju se pokromira. Drugi pomememben del je čistilna mrežica (5) kije narejena iz plastične mase primerne za pitno vodo in je narejena iz enega kosa (iz kalupa).Mrežica ima iz strani 2 luknji fi 3,5mm ki sta osno postavljeni. V mrežici je pripravljen prostor za vgraditev še ene dodatne mrežice,ki je namenjena za majhne delce.
