Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for injecting viscous material (50), said apparatus being particularly intended for use in cramped spaces, e.g. pipelines. The apparatus (1) includes an outer casing (2) with an inner hose (10) disposed inside it for containing the viscous material (50). The outer casing (2) has an opening (41) for the supply of a pressurised medium for achieving compression of the inner hose (10), thus urging the viscous material (50) to flow out of the apparatus (1) via its discharge opening (36). A flow equaliser (35) is disposed inside the inner hose (10) to ensure a disturbance-free material flow from the apparatus (1).
