Abstract

The present invention relates to a seed drill which is equipped with a dressing arrangement and in which are arranged in conjunction with the seed container (1) a dressing arrangement (5, 6) for seed and a metering arrangement (3) for seed, out of which the seed (19) falls down into a seed line (11). After the end of sowing, dressed seed has hitherto usually been left behind in the seed container (1), causing problems of environmental protection and soiling the seed container. This problem has been solved by arranging the dressing arrangement (5, 6) at the upper end of the seed lines (11), under the metering arrangement (3) and at a distance from this. <IMAGE>
