Description
501 712 Ett ändamål med föreliggande uppfinning är att åstadkomma en anordning för induktionsförsegling som är lämplig att använda för produkter som är högviskösa eller som innehåller partiklar såsom kärnor eller fibrer och där förpackningens tvärförsegling utföres så att man inte får några förseglingsfenor, vari produktrester kan kvarstå.
Dessa och andra ändamål har enligt uppfinningen uppnåtts genom att anordningen av den inledningsvis beskrivna typen, getts kännetecknen av att antalet ledare är tre, vilka är så anordnade att strömtätheten i ledarna är ungefär lika.
Föredragna utföringsformer av uppfinningen har vidare getts de av underkraven framgående kännetecknen. _ En föredragen utföringsform av uppfinningen kommer nu närmare att beskrivas med hänvisning till bifogade ritningar av vilka: Fig. 1 visar en genomskärning av en induktor Fig. 2 visar hur förpackningsmaterialet förseglas med en induktor enligt uppfinningen.
Ritningarna visar endast de för förståelsen av uppfinningen väsentliga detaljerna och induktorns anordnande i en fyllningsmaskin vilket är välkänt för fackmannen är utelämnat.
En induktor 1 enligt uppfinningen visas i fig. 1. lnduktorn 1 uppvisar tre i huvudsak parallella ledare 2, 3 vilka är anordnade i ett elektriskt isolerande bärarskikt 4 som i sin inre del innehåller en kärna 5 av ett ferritmaterial. Kärnan 5 av ferritmaterial är isolerad från de tre ledarna 2, 3. De båda yttre ledarna 2 uppvisar ett lätt rundat tvärsnitt eller alternativt ett kvadratiskt eller ett rektangulärt sådant. De båda yttre ledarna 2 har kylkanaler 6 upptagna i sitt inre, avsedda för kylvatten. Den mittre ledaren 3 har ett i huvudsak U-format utseende. vardera ledare uppvisar på den övre ytan 7 en bom eller ås 14, vilken höjer sig över den omgivande ytan 7 ca. 0,3 mm.
De tre ledarna 2, 3 är företrädesvis parallellt kopplade till en högfrekvent växelströmskälla, vilken ej visas i bild. Härvid erhåller man i den mittre ledaren 3 en betydligt högre strömstyrka men på grund av den mittre ledarens 3 utformning med de mot mitten öppna Uzet erhåller man en induktor 1 vars tre ledare 2, 3 på den övre ytan 7 uppvisar ungefär samma strömtåthet.
En induktor 1 enligt uppfinningen kan också kopplas i serie eller induktivt medelst en kondensator. 3 501 712 lnduktorn 1 är förstärkt med en stålstomme 8 och hela induktorn 1 är anordnad i en förseglingsback 9 som kan bibringas önskad förseglingsrörelse och som kan utöva önskat förseglingstryck. Förseglingsbacken 9 är anordnad att röra sig mot en likaledes rörlig mothållsback 10. Mellan förseglingsback 9 och mothàllsback 10 framföres förpackningsmaterialet 11 vilket är avsett att tvärförseglas.
Förpackningsmaterialet 11 är så anordnat mellan de båda backarna 9, 10 att två termoplastskikt 12 vilka avses att förseglas, är orienterade mot varandra.
Då de båda förseglingsbackarna 9, 10 rör sig mot varandra och därvid uppfångar mellan sig det förpackningsmaterial 11 som skall tvärförseglas kommer en försegling att ske i tre huvudsak parallella förseglingslinjer vari den mittre har en större utbredning. Då de båda förseglingsbackarna 9, 10 pressas mot varandra kommer de på ledarna anordnade åsarna 14 att lokalt utöva en något större presskraft och medverka till en säkrare och tätare försegling av é förpackningsmaterialet 11. Förpackningsmaterialet 11 är avsett att avskäras i den mittre förseglingsskarven genom att en i den rörliga mothållsbacken 10 anordnad kniv 13 rör sig ner genom materialet 11 in i den mittre ledarens 3 U-formade spår.
Efter tvärförsegling med en induktor 1 enligt uppfinningen kommer eventuella produktrester att inneslutas mellan den yttre ledarens 2 tvärförsegling och den mittre ledarens 3 tvärförsegling. Eventuella produktrester blir härvid inneslutna i ett likaledes aseptiskt material såsom förpackningen i övrigt uppvisar och utgör inte något hinder för att fylla produkter med t.ex. fibrer eller kärnor. Den i den mittre förseglingsskarven avskurna förpackningen får på så vis inte en förseglingsfena, vari produktresterna kan bli kvar.
Som framgått av ovanstående beskrivning åstadkommes med föreliggande uppfinning en anordning för tvärförsegling av förpackningsämnen där en förseglingsfena ej uppstår vid avskärandet av förpackningsämne till individuella förpackningar. Härvid får man en tvärförsegling som lämpar sig vid användandet av fyllgods med hög viskositet eller som innehåller partiklar, såsom kärnor och fibrer.
Claims (9)
1. Anordning för försegling av ett termoplastbelagt förpackningsmaterial (11), med åtminstone ett skikt av en metallfolie, företrädesvis aluminium, anordningen innefattar en till en högfrekvent strömkälla anslutningsbar induktor (1), uppvisande i huvudsak parallella på något avstånd från varandra anordnade ledare (2, 3), en kärna (5) av magnetiska material samt en elektriskt isolerande bärardel (4), kännetecknad därav att antalet ledare (2, 3) är tre, vilka är så anordnade att sirömräiheien i ledarna (2, s) är ungefär lika. i
2. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att den mittre (3) av de tre ledarna (2, 3) är försedd med ett i huvudsak U-format spår.
3. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att ledarna (2, 3) är parallellkopplade med varandra.
4. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att ledarna (2, 3) är kopplade i serie med varandra.
5. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att ledarna (2, 3) är induktivt kopplade med varandra.
6. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 5, kännetecknad därav att ledarna (2, 3) är induktivt kopplade medelst en kondensator.
7. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att induktorn (1) är anordnad i en förseglingsback (9) som är avsedd att kunna pressas mot en mothállsback (1 O), medan det för försegling avsedda materialet (11) upptages mellan backarna (9, 10).
8. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav att ledarna (2, 3) uppvisar längsgående något uppskjutande åsar (14) utmed vilka presskraften mot det för försegling avsedda partiet av förpackningsmaterialet (11) lokalt ökas.
9. Anordning i enlighet med patentkravet 9, kännetecknad därav att ásarnas (14) höjd är ca. 0,3 mm.
