Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية الاستخلاص الانتقائي للمعادن الانتقالية transition metals من تيار عضوي يحتوي على معادن انتقالية. يتم صهر التيار العضوي وربما المستخرِج الأول إذا كان صلبًا إلى الحالة السائلة. يتكون المستخرِج من سائل أيوني ionic liquid أو خليط من سائلين أيونيين أو أكثر، حيث يحتوي السائل الأيوني المذكور على ملح أمونيوم ammonium salt في صورة كاتيون cation وفي صورة أنيون anion له خصائص مخلبية chelating properties. تتم تغذية تيار عضوي مذاب ومستخرِج extractor أول، مصهور اختياريًا، إلى وحدة استخراج extraction unit سائل عن سائل أولى تعمل عند درجة حرارة لا تقل عن 150 درجة مئوية حيث يتم إجراء استخراج السائل عن السائل للحصول على خليط سائل يحتوي على سائل أيوني، أو خليط من اثنين أو أكثر من السوائل الأيونية والمعادن. بعد الاستخراج، يتم تبريد الخليط السائل عند درجة حرارة بين صفر درجة مئوية و70 درجة مئوية ويصبح ثنائي الطور؛ ثم يتم إرسال الخليط المبرد إلى وحدة فصل separation unit أولى، لفصل الطور السائل الذي يحتوي على سوائل أيونية ومعادن، وطور صلب مستنفد المعدن. بعد الفصل الأول، يتم إرسال ال
