FIELD: building materials industry, cement clinker production with usage of ash and slags of thermoelectric power stations. SUBSTANCE: made of thermoelectric power station ash, limestone, clay and iron-bearing components raw material mixture used for cement clinker production uses dolomitized limestone as limestone component, clay component with MgO share of 1.69 - 4.40 mass %, iron-bearing component with share of MgO of 1.87 - 2.02 mass % and additional loams with following ratio of components, mass % : clay component 10 - 15, iron bearing component 1.25 - 2.0, thermoelectric power stations ash 5 - 20, loams 3.5 - 7.0 and dolomitized limestone - balance. In the case method of cement clinker production in rotating furnace by annealing of raw material mass provides, that the mass is prepared by separate grinding of 20 - 30 mass % of thermoelectric station ash with limestone component and rest part of ash - with clay component and with following additional grinding of both raw material flows. As a version method provides for preliminary production of ash-clay slime with following additional its grinding with limestone component in "Hydrophol" type grinder.
