Abstract

FIELD: building materials industry, cement clinker production with usage of ash and slags of thermoelectric power stations. SUBSTANCE: made of thermoelectric power station ash, limestone, clay and iron-bearing components raw material mixture used for cement clinker production uses dolomitized limestone as limestone component, clay component with MgO share of 1.69 - 4.40 mass %, iron-bearing component with share of MgO of 1.87 - 2.02 mass % and additional loams with following ratio of components, mass % : clay component 10 - 15, iron bearing component 1.25 - 2.0, thermoelectric power stations ash 5 - 20, loams 3.5 - 7.0 and dolomitized limestone - balance. In the case method of cement clinker production in rotating furnace by annealing of raw material mass provides, that the mass is prepared by separate grinding of 20 - 30 mass % of thermoelectric station ash with limestone component and rest part of ash - with clay component and with following additional grinding of both raw material flows. As a version method provides for preliminary production of ash-clay slime with following additional its grinding with limestone component in "Hydrophol" type grinder. Изобретение относится к промышленности строительных материалов, в частности к производству цементного клинкера с использованием зол и шлаков ТЭС. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в сырьевой смеси для получения цементного клинкера, включающей известняковый, глинистый и железосодержащий компоненты, а также золу ТЭЦ, в качестве известнякового компонента используют доломитизированный известняк, глинистый компонент с содержанием MgO 1,69 - 4,40 мас.%, железосодержащий компонент с содержанием MgO 1,87 - 2,02 мас. % и дополнительно суглинки при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: глинистый компонент 10 - 15, железосодержащий компонент 1,25 - 2, зола ТЭЦ 5 - 20, суглинки 3,5 - 7 и доломитизированный известняк - остальное. При этом в способе производства цементного клинкера во вращающейся печи путем обжига сырьевой смеси последнюю готовят раздельным помолом 20 - 30 мас.% золы ТЭЦ с известняковым компонентом, а остальной части золы - с глинистым компонентом с последующим домолом обоих сырьевых потоков. Как вариант, предусмотрена возможность предварительного изготовления зольно-глиняного шлама с последующим домолом его с известняковым компонентом в мельнице типа "Гидрофол".The invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular to the production of cement clinker using ash and slag from thermal power plants. At the same time, in the method of producing cement clinker in a rotary kiln by burning the raw material mixture, the latter is prepared by separate grinding of 20-30 wt.% Ashes of a thermal power plant with a limestone component, and the rest of the ash with a clay component, followed by milling of both feed streams. As an option, it is possible to pre-produce ash and clay sludge, followed by milling it with a limestone component in a Hydrofol mill.
