Изобретение относится к двигателестроению, в частности к способам очистки деталей дизельного двигателя от нагара. Целью изобретения является снижение трудоемкости процесса очистки различных типов дизельных двигателей с помощью водотопливной эмульсии. Цель реализуется за счет того, что на стенде готовят водотопливную эмульсию, содержащую профильтрованное топливо и воду в количестве 15-20% от объема топлива, запускают двигатель на дизельном топливе, прогревают его в режиме холостого хода, подают в двигатель водотопливную эмульсию и обеспечивают его работу в течение 30 мин, переводят двигатель на дизельное топливо и выдерживают режим не менее 30 мин.The invention relates to engine, in particular to methods for cleaning parts of a diesel engine from carbon.
