Предлагаемое изобретение может быть использовано при создании систем спасения людей и объектов, попавших в экстремальные условия и терпящих бедствие в удаленных безлюдных районах поверхности Земного шара. Целью изобретения является уменьшение времени и повышение точности доставки средств для спасения людей и объектов, терпящих бедствие. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что в качестве транспортных средств помощи используют в органической совокупности баллистические и крылатые летательные аппараты. Баллистическую ракету, состоящую из носителя и головной части (ГЧ), которую компонуют из теплозащитного корпуса и вложенного в него автоматического крылатого аппарата-спасателя (АС), с помощью ракеты-носителя ГЧ доставляют в низковысотную область, расположенную на подходе к району бедствия, переводят ГЧ на горизонтальный полет, на дозвуковой скорости выводят АС из теплозащитного корпуса, раскрывают его крылья и запускают двигатель. АС, оснащенный системами управления и доразведки, локализует местоположение спасаемых людей (объектов) в районе бедствия по информационным признакам различной физической природы, создаваемым на фоне окружающей среды. По результатам работы подсистем опознавания и принятия решения осуществляют спуск спасательных средств на малой высоте с "мягким" приземлением над терпящими бедствие людьми (объектами).The proposed invention can be used to create systems for the rescue of people and objects in extreme conditions and in distress in remote, deserted areas of the surface of the globe. A ballistic missile consisting of a carrier and a head part (MS), which is assembled from a heat-shielding body and an automated cruise rescue apparatus (AC) embedded into it, is transferred to a low-altitude area located on the approach to the disaster area using a carrier rocket, MS on a horizontal flight, at subsonic speeds, AC is removed from the heat-shielding housing, its wings are opened and the engine is started. The AU, equipped with control systems and supplementary exploration, localizes the location of the rescued people (objects) in the disaster area according to information signs of various physical nature, created on the background of the environment. According to the results of the identification and decision-making subsystems, rescue equipment is lowered at a low altitude with a “soft” landing over people in distress (objects).
