Claims (50)

1. Нетканый многослойный материал, содержащий:
первое нетканое полотно, содержащее непрерывные полимерные волокна, причем непрерывные полимерные волокна первого нетканого полотна имеют первый средний диаметр; и
второе нетканое полотно, содержащее непрерывные полимерные волокна, причем непрерывные полимерные волокна второго нетканого полотна имеют второй средний диаметр, который составляет менее чем первый средний диаметр, причем:
нетканый многослойный материал подвергают гидравлической обработке,
нетканый многослойный материал подвергают перфорации, получая регулярный перфорационный рисунок, и
нетканый многослойный материал имеет абразивную износоустойчивость, составляющую 3,0 или выше.
2. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первое нетканое полотно содержит непрерывные полипропиленовые волокна.
3. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первое нетканое полотно содержит вискозные волокна.
4. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первое нетканое полотно содержит один или несколько слоев непрерывных полимерных волокон, причем каждый из одного или нескольких слоев содержит различные типы непрерывных полимерных волокон.
5. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 6, в котором по меньшей мере один из различных типов непрерывных полимерных волокон содержит полиэтилен.
6. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 6, в котором в одном или нескольких слоях непрерывных полимерных волокон первого нетканого полотна присутствуют двухкомпонентные волокна.
7. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, в котором первое и второе нетканые полотна имеют полную поверхностную плотность в диапазоне от 5 граммов на квадратный метр (г/м2) до 60 г/м2.
8. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 7, в котором раздутые из расплава волокна составляют от 2% до 35% полной поверхностной плотности первого и второго нетканых полотен.
9. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий третье нетканое полотно, содержащее непрерывные полимерные волокна, причем непрерывные полимерные волокна третьего нетканого полотна имеют третий средний диаметр, который составляет более чем второй средний диаметр, и при этом третье нетканое полотно присоединено ко второму нетканому полотну с регулярным соединительным рисунком, имеющим процентную соединительную площадь, составляющую 10% или более.
10. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 1, причем нетканый многослойный материал является гидрорастянутым.
11. Способ получения перфорированного нетканого многослойного материала, включающий:
получение первого нетканого полотна, содержащего непрерывные скрепленные прядением волокна;
получение второго нетканого полотна, содержащего непрерывные раздутые из расплава волокна;
получение третьего нетканого полотна, содержащего непрерывные скрепленные прядением волокна;
каландровое соединение первого, второго и третьего нетканых полотен при давлении от 20 ньютонов на метр (Н/м) до 60 Н/м с получением многослойного материала, имеющего регулярный соединительный рисунок; и
гидравлическое создание одного или нескольких перфорационных рисунков в многослойном материале.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадия создания одного или нескольких перфорационных рисунков включает гидравлическую обработку соединенных полотен посредством множества стадий впрыскивания воды, причем для каждой стадии используют соответствующую сетку, имеющую заданный рисунок, и множество стадий впрыскивания воды составляют:
первая стадия впрыскивания воды с воздействием на многослойный материал множеством водяных струй при первом давлении в диапазоне, составляющем приблизительно от 80 до 160 бар;
вторая стадия впрыскивания воды с воздействием на многослойный материал множеством водяных струй при втором давлении в диапазоне, составляющем приблизительно от 80 до 160 бар; и
третья стадия впрыскивания воды с воздействием на многослойный материал множеством водяных струй при третьем давлении в диапазоне, составляющем приблизительно от 80 до 160 бар,
причем первая стадия впрыскивания воды дополнительно включает поддержание подмножества из множества водяных струй при давлении 80 бар, и
при этом многослойный материал содержит приблизительно 5 мас. % раздутых из расплава волокон.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором один или несколько перфорационных рисунков совмещены таким образом, что по меньшей мере первое перфорационное отверстие, образованное в нетканом полотне посредством создания первого перфорационного рисунка образовано в том же месте, как по меньшей мере второе перфорационное отверстие, образованное в нетканом полотне посредством создания второго перфорационного рисунка.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором первое и второе перфорационное отверстие имеют различные размеры.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором по меньшей мере третье перфорационное отверстие, образованное в нетканом полотне посредством создания второго перфорационного рисунка, образовано в том месте, где ни одно перфорационное отверстие не образовано в нетканом полотне посредством создания первого перфорационного рисунка.
16. Нетканый многослойный материал, содержащий:
первый и второй наружные нетканые слои, содержащие скрепленные прядением волокна, и
третий внутренний нетканый слой, содержащий раздутые из расплава волокна,
причем нетканый многослойный материал находится в термическом соединении с регулярным соединительным рисунком, имеющим процентную соединительную площадь, составляющую 10% или более, и
нетканый многослойный материал содержит множество перфорационных отверстий, расположенных в регулярном рисунке.
17. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 16, в котором средний диаметр перфорационных отверстий в перфорационном рисунке увеличивается в первом направлении.
18. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 16, в котором частота перфорационных отверстий в перфорационном рисунке увеличивается в первом направлении.
19. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 16, причем нетканый многослойный материал является гидрорастянутым.
20. Нетканый многослойный материал, содержащий:
первый и второй наружные нетканые слои, содержащие скрепленные прядением волокна; и
третий внутренний нетканый слой, содержащий раздутые из расплава волокна,
причем нетканый многослойный материал находится в термическом соединении с регулярным соединительным рисунком, имеющим процентную соединительную площадь, составляющую 10% или более,
нетканый многослойный материал является гидравлически обработанным,
поверхностная плотность третьего внутреннего слоя составляет по меньшей мере 5 граммов на квадратный метр (г/м2); и
нетканый многослойный материал имеет абразивную износоустойчивость, составляющую 4,0 или выше, и среднее значение жесткости (НОМ), составляющее 6,0 граммов (г) или менее.
21. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 20, причем нетканый многослойный материал является гидрорастянутым.
22. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 20, в котором поверхностная плотность третьего внутреннего слоя составляет по меньшей мере 10 граммов на квадратный метр.
23. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 20, в котором скрепленные прядением волокна первого и второго наружных нетканых слоев содержат полипропилен и по меньшей мере 5 мас. % эластомера на основе пропилена; и
при этом нетканый многослойный материал имеет среднее значение жесткости (НОМ), составляющее 6,0 граммов (г) или менее.
24. Нетканый многослойный материал по п. 20, в котором волокна по меньшей мере одного из нетканых слоев содержат антифрикционную добавку.
