Abstract
1. Распушенная целлюлоза в форме сердцевины, включающая от 5 до 25 мас. % волокон лиственной древесины, один или несколько сверхабсорбирующих полимеров (САП) и имеющая удержание САП больше 75%.2. Целлюлоза по п. 1, имеющая толщину в сжатом состоянии, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, меньше 280 мил при давлении 1110 кПа (161 фунт на кв. дюйм) и толщину в сжатом состоянии меньше 200 при давлении 1551 кПа (225 фунтов на кв. дюйм).3. Целлюлоза по п. 2, имеющая плотность в сжатом состоянии, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, больше 0,13 г/смпри давлении 1110 кПа (161 фунт на кв. дюйм) и плотность в сжатом состоянии больше 0,18 при давлении 1551 кПа (225 фунтов на кв. дюйм).4. Целлюлоза по п. 1, имеющая жесткость по Герли, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, имеющей плотность приблизительно 0,31 г/см(в несжатом состоянии), меньше 1350 мг.5. Целлюлоза по п. 1, имеющая жесткость по Герли, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, имеющей плотность приблизительно 0,62 г/см(в несжатом состоянии), меньше 6800 мг.6. Целлюлоза по п. 4 или 5, кроме того включающая разрыхлитель.7. Целлюлоза по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что разрыхлитель включает по меньшей мере один разрыхлитель, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из линейного или разветвленного моноалкиламина, линейного или разветвленного диалкиламина, линейного или разветвленного третичного алкиламина, линейного или разветвленного четвертичного алкиламина, этоксилированного спирта, линейного или разветвленного, насыщенного или ненасыщенного углеводородного ПАВ, амида жирной кислоты, четвертичной аммониевой соли амида жирной кислоты, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилдиметила, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилимидазолина, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилэфира,
Claims (13)
1. Распушенная целлюлоза в форме сердцевины, включающая от 5 до 25 мас. % волокон лиственной древесины, один или несколько сверхабсорбирующих полимеров (САП) и имеющая удержание САП больше 75%.
2. Целлюлоза по п. 1, имеющая толщину в сжатом состоянии, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, меньше 280 мил при давлении 1110 кПа (161 фунт на кв. дюйм) и толщину в сжатом состоянии меньше 200 при давлении 1551 кПа (225 фунтов на кв. дюйм).
3. Целлюлоза по п. 2, имеющая плотность в сжатом состоянии, когда она находится в форме сердцевины, больше 0,13 г/см3 при давлении 1110 кПа (161 фунт на кв. дюйм) и плотность в сжатом состоянии больше 0,18 при давлении 1551 кПа (225 фунтов на кв. дюйм).

Целлюлоза по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что разрыхлитель включает по меньшей мере один разрыхлитель, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из линейного или разветвленного моноалкиламина, линейного или разветвленного диалкиламина, линейного или разветвленного третичного алкиламина, линейного или разветвленного четвертичного алкиламина, этоксилированного спирта, линейного или разветвленного, насыщенного или ненасыщенного углеводородного ПАВ, амида жирной кислоты, четвертичной аммониевой соли амида жирной кислоты, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилдиметила, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилимидазолина, четвертичной аммониевой соли диалкилэфира, триэтано-ламин-диталловой жирной кислоты, эфира жирной кислоты этоксилированного первичного амина, этоксилированной четвертичной аммониевой соли, диалкиламида жирной кислоты, диалкиламида жирной кислоты, катионного ПАВ, неионного ПАВ, этоксилата ненасыщенного алкилового спирта С16-С18, соединения с регистрационным номером CAS 68155-01-1 и соединения с регистрационным номером CAS 26316-40-5.
8. Способ изготовления сердцевины, включающий контакт распушенной целлюлозы по п. 1 в распущенной на волокна форме и одного или нескольких сверхабсорбирующих полимеров.
9. Способ по п. 8, кроме того включающий, после контакта, формование полотна и уплотнение полотна в зоне контакта между валами.
10. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что контакт осуществляют на линии воздушной укладки.
11. Впитывающий продукт, бумажный продукт, предмет личной гигиены, медицинский продукт, изоляционный продукт, строительный продукт, конструкционный материал, цемент, пищевой продукт, ветеринарный продукт, упаковочный продукт, подгузник, тампон, гигиеническая салфетка, марля, бинт, огнестойкий материал или их сочетание, включающие сердцевину по п.1 и опорную конструкцию.
12. Способ изготовления впитывающего продукта по п. 11, включающий контакт по меньшей мере части сердцевины с опорной конструкцией.
13. Использование распушенной целлюлозы по одному из пп. 1-7 во впитывающем продукте, бумажном продукте, предмете личной гигиены, медицинском продукте, изоляционном продукте, строительном продукте, конструкционном материале, цементе, пищевом продукте, ветеринарном продукте, упаковочном продукте, подгузнике, тампоне, гигиенической салфетке, марле, бинте, огнестойком материале или их сочетании.
