Claims (6)
1. Многоступенчатый процесс покрытия, отличающийся тем, что на предварительно покрытый субстрат наносится окрашенный слой лака основания и после этого слой средства для покрытия на основе апротонного растворителя, содержащего
(A) по крайней мере 50% по весу, в пересчете на содержание нелетучих веществ в средстве для покрытия, минимум одного соединения (А1) с минимум одной реактивной группой формулы (I)
где
R = водород, алкил, циклоалкил, арил или аралкил, причем углеродная цепь может быть прервана несоседним кислородом, серой или NRa группами, где Ra = алкил, циклоалкил, арил или аралкил,
R' = водород, алкил или циклоалкил, причем углеродная цепь может быть прервана несоседним кислородом, серой или NRa группами,
Х, Х' = линейный и/или разветвленный алкиленовый или циклоалкиленовый остаток, содержащий от 2 до 20 атомов углерода,
R" = алкил, циклоалкил, арил или аралкил, причем углеродная цепь может быть прервана несоседним кислородом, серой или NRa группами,
n = от 0 до 2,
m = от 0 до 2,
m+n=2, а также
х, у = от 0 до 2,
(B) катализатор для сшивания единиц -Si(OR')3-x(y), и
(С) апротонный растворитель или смесь апротонных растворителей.
2. Многоступенчатый процесс покрытия по п.1, отличающийся тем, что Х и/или X' представляют собой алкилен, содержащий от 2 до 4 атомов углерода.
4. Многоступенчатый процесс покрытия по п.3, отличающийся тем, что при взаимодействии полиизоцианата ПИ с аминосиланами (II) минимум 90 мол.% изоцианатных групп полиизоцианата ПИ взаимодействуют со структурными единицами (I).
5. Многоступенчатый процесс покрытия по п.3, отличающийся тем, что полиизоцианат ПИ выбирается из группы, состоящей из 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианата, изофорондиизоцианата и 4,4'-метилендициклогексилдиизоцианата, биуретовых димеров вышеупомянутого полиизоцианата и/или изоциануратовых тримеров вышеупомянутого полиизоцианата.
6. Многоступенчатый процесс покрытия по п.1, отличающийся тем, что катализатор (В) выбирается из группы, состоящей из алкоголятов, хелатов и/или сложных эфиров бора, алюминия, титана и/или циркония, и/или из группы, состоящей из наночастиц из соединений элементов алюминия, кремния, титана и/или циркония.
