1. A method for modeling surgical intervention on internal organs, including X-ray spiral computed tomography, obtaining a tomographic image, then a pathological focus is visually identified on the computer screen by image density and its distribution area, after which three-dimensional reconstructions of internal organs of various volumes for spatial perception are built pathological process and its relationship with surrounding tissues and vessels, followed by tual operative surgery by removing growths on the screen and evaluate the rest of the body. 2. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that computed tomography is performed at the peak of saturation with a contrast non-ionic substance of the portal vein. 3. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that computed tomography is performed at the peak of saturation with a contrast non-ionic substance of the hepatic artery. 4. 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that computed tomography is performed with a single administration of a contrast agent in two stages: at the peak of saturation of the hepatic artery with a contrast agent and at the peak of saturation of the portal vein with a contrast agent.
