Изобретение относитс к породоразру- шающему инструменту. Цель - повышение надежности долота за счет увеличени прочности зубьев. Буровое шарошечное долото содержит лапы с цапфами, на которых посредством подшипников смонтированы шарошки , оснащенные фрезерованными зубь ми . Зубь имеют площадку притуплени А, наклоненную к ней под острым углом торцевую поверхность Б. Плоскость В, перпендикул рна к основанию зуба, определ ет границу консольной части 7 с уширением, нависающей над корнем зуба. Поверхность притуплени А и наклонна торцева поверхность Б соединены плавным переходом Д. По бокам зубь ограничены поверхност ми Е. Режущие кромки площадки притуплени выполнены в виде плавной кривой или ломаной линии. Наличие консоли с уширением и плавный переход площадки притуплени в торцевую поверхность зуба позвол ет значительно повысить прочность зубьев и при этом исключить воротники на забое. 1 з. п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to a rock cutting tool.
