Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest materiał kompozytowy w postaci cząstek stałych o budowie typu rdzeń-powłoka-faza aktywna, obejmujący rdzeń z materiału adsorpcyjnego, co najmniej jeden tlenek nieorganiczny oraz cząstki fazy aktywnej katalitycznie, charakteryzujący się tym, że materiał adsorpcyjny stanowi porowaty węgiel, tlenek nieorganiczny stanowiący powłokę rdzenia i nośnik fazy aktywnej katalitycznie jest wybrany z grupy obejmującej tlenek cyrkonu, tlenku tytanu, tlenku glinu, tlenek ceru, faza aktywna katalitycznie złożona jest z nanocząstek lub ich aglomeratów na bazie metali lub tlenków metali wybranych z grupy obejmującej Pt, Pd, Rh, Re, Ir, Au, Co3O4, CuO, Mn2O3, MnO2, Mn3O4, CeO2, NiO, ZnO, Fe2O3 lub ich mieszanin. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób otrzymywania takiego materiału kompozytowego i jego zastosowanie do eliminacji lotnych związków organicznych na drodze adsorpcji i ich następczego katalitycznego utleniania.The subject of the application is a composite material in the form of solid core-shell-active phase structure, comprising a core of adsorbent material, at least one inorganic oxide and catalytically active phase particles, characterized in that the adsorbent material is porous carbon, inorganic oxide constituting the core shell and the catalytically active phase carrier is selected from the group consisting of zirconium oxide, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, cerium oxide, the catalytically active phase is composed of nanoparticles or their agglomerates based on metals or metal oxides selected from the group consisting of Pt, Pd, Rh, Re, Ir, Au, Co3O4, CuO, Mn2O3, MnO2, Mn3O4, CeO2, NiO, ZnO, Fe2O3 or mixtures thereof. The subject of the application is also the method of obtaining such a composite material and its application for the elimination of volatile organic compounds by adsorption and their subsequent catalytic oxidation.
