Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób hydrofobizacji gruntów, który polega na tym, że warstwę grubości od 10 cm do 100 cm gruntu spoistego rozdrabnia się, na spulchnioną warstwę nanosi się wapno hydratyzowane w ilości 0,5 - 30% wagowych w stosunku do masy gruntu spoistego, a następnie równomiernie zrasza się wodnym roztworem dodatku funkcyjnego zawierającego glikolan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 - 100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego, hydroksypiwalan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 - 100% w stosunku do sumy masy dodatku funkcyjnego i mleczan diamidoaminy w ilości 0 - 99,9% w stosunku do masy dodatku funkcyjnego, stosując wodny roztwór dodatku funkcyjnego o stężeniu 2 - 30% wagowych w ilości zapewniającej użycie od 0,05 do 5% dodatku funkcyjnego, w stosunku do ilości gruntu spoistego, następnie ewentualnie grunt ponownie zrasza się wodą, tak aby użyć w sumie 2 - 15% wagowych wody w stosunku do masy gruntu spoistego w stanie naturalnym, całość rozdrabnia się, miesza do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny i zagęszcza.The subject of the application is a method of soil hydrophobization, which consists in the fact that a layer between 10 cm and 100 cm thick cohesive soil is crushed, hydrated lime is applied to the loosened layer in the amount of 0.5-30% by weight based on the weight of the cohesive soil, and then evenly sprayed with an aqueous solution of the functional additive containing diamidoamine glycolate in an amount of 0 - 100% in relation to the sum of the weight of the functional additive, diamidoamine hydroxypivalate in an amount of 0 - 100% in relation to the sum of the weight of the functional additive and diamidoamine lactate in an amount of 0 - 99.9 % in relation to the weight of the functional additive, using an aqueous solution of the functional additive at a concentration of 2 - 30% by weight in an amount ensuring the use of 0.05 to 5% of the functional additive, based on the amount of cohesive soil, then optionally the soil is again sprayed with water, so to use a total of 2 - 15% by weight of water relative to the weight of the cohesive soil in its natural state, the whole is crushed mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and concentrated.
