Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modyfikator lepkości oraz sposób wytwarzania nanokompozytu z wykorzystaniem modyfikatora lepkości, mający zastosowanie w przetwórstwie polietylenu metodami wytłaczania, wtrysku, odlewania rotacyjnego, prasowania. Modyfikator lepkości do polietylenów wysokiej gęstości stanowi heptaizobutylo(winylo)silseskwiostan o wzorze 1. Sposób jego wytwarzania polega na tym, że do wytłaczarki wprowadza się polietylen wysokiej gęstości i co najmniej 0,1% w stosunku masowym modyfikatora lepkości heptaizobutylo(winylo)silseskwiostanu. Następnie mieszaninę podgrzewa się do temperatury uplastycznienia polietylenu, miesza, dalej uzyskany kompozyt po wyjściu z wytłaczarki chłodzi się i granuluje.The subject of the invention is a viscosity modifier and a method of producing a nanocomposite using a viscosity modifier, applicable in the processing of polyethylene by extrusion, injection molding, rotational molding and pressing. The viscosity modifier for high density polyethylenes is heptaisobutyl (vinyl) silsesquistane of formula 1. The method of its preparation consists in introducing high density polyethylene and at least 0.1% by mass of the heptaisobutyl (vinyl) silsesquistane viscosity modifier into the extruder. Then the mixture is heated to the plasticizing temperature of polyethylene, mixed, further obtained composite after leaving the extruder is cooled and granulated.
