Abstract

Dwustronna kamizelka ciepłochronna wspomagająca termoregulację użytkownika, składa się z dwóch modułów okrywających klatkę piersiową (1), stójki (2), dwóch modułów barkowych (3), dwóch modułów okrywających pachy (4), dwóch modułów okrywających brzuch (5), dwóch modułów bocznych (6), modułu okrywającego plecy, paska dolnego (8), dwusuwakowego zamka błyskawicznego (9) oraz dwóch kieszeni wpuszczanych zamykanych na zamek błyskawiczny (10). Moduły okrywające klatkę piersiową (1) i moduł okrywający plecy wykonane są z 5-warstwowego układu przepikowanych materiałów, w tym włókniny z mikrokapsułkami PCM, a przepikowania tworzą poziome kanały, które opcjonalnie mogą być wypełnione aerożelem. Moduły okrywające brzuch (5) wykonane są z 5-warstowego układu materiałów przepikowanych razem i tworzących poziome kanały, które również mogą być wypełnione aerożelem. Moduły okrywające pachy (4) wykonane są z 4-warstwowego układu, w tym włókniny z mikrokapsułkami PCM, natomiast moduły barkowe (3) i moduły boczne (6) wykonane są z identycznego układu materiałów jak moduły okrywające brzuch (5). W konstrukcji kamizelki zastosowano włókninę z mikrokapsułkami PCM oraz aerożel krzemionkowy.A double-sided thermal vest supporting the user's thermoregulation, consisting of two modules covering the chest (1), a stand-up collar (2), two shoulder modules (3), two modules covering the armpits (4), two modules covering the abdomen (5), two side modules (6), back cover module, bottom strap (8), two-slide zipper (9) and two zipped pockets (10). The modules covering the chest (1) and the module covering the back are made of a 5-layer system of quilted materials, including nonwoven fabric with PCM microcapsules, and the quilting creates horizontal channels that can optionally be filled with airgel. The modules covering the belly (5) are made of a 5-layer system of materials quilted together to form horizontal channels, which can also be filled with airgel. The modules covering the armpits (4) are made of a 4-layer system, including non-woven fabric with PCM microcapsules, while the shoulder modules (3) and side modules (6) are made of an identical material system as the modules covering the abdomen (5). The vest's construction uses non-woven fabric with PCM microcapsules and silica airgel.
