Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zespół wyłączniko-odłączniko-uziemnika (1) zawierający obudowę z materiału dielektrycznego, w której zawarte są połączone ze sobą elektrycznie szeregowo podzespół odłączniko-uziemnika (3) i podzespół wyłącznika z komorą próżniową (4), który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera on podzespół obrotowego złącza elektrycznego (5) łączący ze sobą elektrycznie szeregowo rzeczone podzespół odłączniko-uziemnika (3) i podzespół wyłącznika z komorą próżniową (4), a rzeczony podzespół odłączniko-uziemnika (3) zawiera komorę (31), w której znajduje się wykonany z materiału dielektrycznego obrotowy trzpień (32), którego oś obrotu (O32) pokrywa się w osią obrotu (O5) rzeczonego podzespołu obrotowego złącza elektrycznego (5), obrotowy przewodzący element łącznikowy (33) znajdujący się w rzeczonej komorze (31) w rzeczonym obrotowym trzpieniu (32) i elektrycznie połączony na jednym końcu za pomocą pierwszego osiowego styku (331) z rzeczonym podzespołem obrotowego złącza elektrycznego (5) a na drugim końcu zawierający drugi promieniowy styk obrotowy (332) wystający z rzeczonego obrotowego trzpienia (32) na kierunku nierównoległym do jego osi obrotu (O32); co najmniej dwie przegrody izolacyjne (321) wykonane z materiału dielektrycznego i wystające z rzeczonego obrotowego trzpienia (32) i otaczające rzeczony drugi promieniowy styk obrotowy (332) w płaszczyźnie P1–P1 prostopadłej do osi obrotu (O32) rzeczonego obrotowego trzpienia (32) i tworzące między sobą od strony rzeczonego drugiego promieniowego styku obrotowego (332) kąt wypukły α, korzystnie nie większy niż 110°; koło zębate (322) połączone z rzeczonym obrotowym trzpieniem (32) i obracające się wokół osi obrotu (O32) tego trzpienia (32); styk odbiorczy (61) i styk uziemiający (62) wystające do wewnątrz z wewnętrznej powierzchni rzeczonej komory (31) w płaszczyźnie obrotu P332 rzeczonego drugiego promieniowego styku obrotowego (332) rzeczonego przewodzącego elementu łącznikowego (3) i połączalne z rzeczonym promieniowym stykiem obrotowym (332) w pewnych położeniach kątowych tego styku (332); elektryczne przyłącze odbiorcze (63) i elektryczne przyłącze uziemiające (64) połączone odpowiednio z rzeczonym stykiem odbiorczym (61) i rzeczonym stykiem uziemiającym (62).The subject of the application is a circuit-breaker-disconnector-earthing switch assembly (1) comprising a housing made of a dielectric material, in which a disconnector-earthing switch subassembly (3) and a circuit breaker subassembly with a vacuum chamber (4) are electrically connected in series, which is characterized by the fact that it comprises a rotary electrical connector sub-assembly (5) electrically connecting said disconnect-earthing switch sub-assembly (3) and a circuit breaker sub-assembly with a vacuum chamber (4) in electrical series, and said disconnect-earthing switch sub-assembly (3) comprises a chamber (31) in which there is made of a dielectric material, a rotary pin (32) whose axis of rotation (O32) coincides with the axis of rotation (O5) of said subassembly of said rotary electrical connector (5), a rotating conductive connecting element (33) located in said chamber (31) in said said rotating spindle (32) and electrically connected at one end by a first axial contact (331) to said rotating electrical connector sub-assembly (5) and at the other end comprising a second radial rotating contact (332) extending from said rotating spindle (32) on direction not parallel to its axis of rotation (O32); at least two insulating partitions (321) made of a dielectric material and extending from said spindle (32) and surrounding said second radial rotary contact (332) in a plane P1-P1 perpendicular to the axis of rotation (O32) of said spindle (32), and forming between said second radial rotary contact (332) a convex angle α, preferably not greater than 110°; a gear wheel (322) connected to said spindle (32) and rotating about a rotation axis (032) of said spindle (32); a receiving contact (61) and a ground contact (62) extending inwardly from the inner surface of said chamber (31) in a plane of rotation P332 of said second radial rotary contact (332) of said conductive connecting element (3) and connectable to said radial rotary contact (332) ) at certain angular positions of this contact (332); an electrical pickup terminal (63) and an electrical ground terminal (64) connected to said pickup contact (61) and said ground contact (62), respectively.
