Description

AN ENERGY-SAVING SOLAR STREET LIGHT
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of solar street light technology, specifically an energy-saving solar street light.
Background Technology
Solar street light is a type of street light that uses solar energy as a power source.
It consists of solar panels, a controller, a battery, and a lamp. During the day, solar panels convert solar energy into electrical energy, which is stored in the battery via the controller. At night or when the light is insufficient, the controller releases the electrical energy from the battery to power the lamp, providing a source of illumination for roads.
However, a solar street light with a similar structure has several shortcomings in actual use. For instance, the light source's outer shell can become dirty or obstructed over time. An obstructed light source shell can affect the absorption and conversion efficiency of light energy, leading to energy waste. Additionally, since the solar panels need to absorb sunlight, they can be damaged by collisions with objects, affecting their normal use. Therefore, there is a need to design an energy-saving solar street light.
Content of the Invention
The purpose of this invention is to provide an energy-saving solar street light to solve the problems mentioned in the background technology.
To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides the following technical solution: an energy-saving solar street light, including a lamp pole, a protective cover, and a wiping board. The top of the lamp pole is fixedly installed with a solar panel, on top of which a protective cover is snap-fitted. A lighting lamp is fixedly installed on one side of the lamp pole, beneath which a positioning frame is fixedly installed. The wiping board is movably installed within the positioning frame, and the top of the wiping board is fixedly installed with a cleaning cotton corresponding to the lighting lamp. 7506961
By fixing the lamp pole in suitable positions on both sides of the road and snap- fitting the protective cover on top of the solar panel, the positioning block can fix the protective cover on top of the solar panel. The glass has high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, and a smooth surface, protecting the solar panel while reducing dust and impurity adhesion. It allows more sunlight to penetrate the glass into the solar panel, protecting the solar panel externally without affecting its sunlight absorption. By starting the motor, the motor can drive the threaded rod to rotate, moving the wiping board, which in turn moves the cleaning cotton synchronously. This movement cleans the light source's outer shell, removing dirt and obstructions, avoiding them from affecting light energy absorption and conversion, avoiding energy waste, and improving energy efficiency.
Preferably, the bottom of the lamp pole is fixedly installed with a support column, and the bottom of the support column is fixedly installed with a positioning plate. The support column can support the light pole, which can improve the stability of the light pole, and the positioning plate can support and position the support column to avoid shaking.
Preferably, the front end of the lamp pole is fixedly installed with a control box, which is fixed to the lamp pole through a support frame. The control box allows manual control of the lighting lamp, and the support frame supports the control box to avoid it from falling off.
Preferably, one side of the lamp pole is fixedly installed with a support board, which is fixed to the lamp pole through a support rod. The support board supports the battery, and the support rod supports the support board.
Preferably, the top of the support board is fixedly installed with a battery, and the exterior of the solar panel is fixedly installed with a positioning groove. The battery 7506961 stores the energy converted by the solar panel, and the positioning groove limits the protective cover.
Preferably, the bottom of the protective cover is fixedly installed with a positioning block, and the protective cover is made of glass material. The positioning block fixes the protective cover on top of the solar panel. The glass has high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, and a smooth surface, protecting the solar panel while allowing more sunlight to penetrate the glass into the solar panel without affecting its sunlight absorption.
Preferably, the lighting lamp is fixed to the lamp pole through a fixed frame, and the inside of the positioning frame has a storage slot. The fixed frame supports and secures the lighting lamp, avoiding it from falling, and the storage slot stores the motor and threaded rod.
Preferably, the inside of the positioning frame is fixedly installed with a motor, the output end of which is fixedly installed with a threaded rod. The motor drives the threaded rod to rotate, moving the wiping board.
Preferably, the motor and the positioning frame are fixedly installed through a fastening frame, and one side of the threaded rod is installed with the positioning frame through a rotating disk. The fastening frame secures the motor to avoid it from falling off, and the rotating disk allows the threaded rod to be fixed inside the positioning frame without affecting its rotational movement.
Preferably, the outer side of the wiping board is fixedly installed with a connecting rod, the outside of which is fixedly installed with a threaded cap. The connecting rod secures the threaded cap on the outside of the wiping board, allowing it to rotate on the outside of the threaded rod.
Compared to existing technology, the beneficial effects of this invention are: 1. By arranging the threaded rod, wiping board, and cleaning cotton to work together, the rotation of the threaded rod can drive the wiping board to move. This movement of the wiping board, in turn, drives the cleaning cotton to move synchronously. The movement of the cleaning cotton cleans the outer shell of the lighting lamp's light source, removing dirt and obstructions. This avoids obstructions from affecting the absorption and conversion of light energy, thereby avoiding energy waste. 2. The cooperation between the protective cover and the positioning block allows the protective cover to be fixed on top of the solar panel. The glass's high light transmittance, strong impact resistance, and smooth surface protect the solar panel.
The glass material reduces the adhesion of dust and impurities, allowing more sunlight to pass through the glass into the solar panel. This external protection does not affect the solar panel's absorption of sunlight.
