Abstract
디스펜서(1)는 매체용 가변체적저장챔버(11)를 구비한 케이싱(2)안에 송출클로저(10)를 포함하며 상기 클로저의 클로저부재(50)는 송출노즐(8)에 바로 인접해 있고 상기 클로저의 압력에 따라 작동하는 제어장치(18)는 완전히 케이싱(2)내에 있게 된다. 제어장치(18)는 케이싱(2)으로부터 분리된 지지유니트(5)상에 위치되고 2개의 별개의 매체를 위한 덕트(28,29,38,47)를 형성한다. 따라서 단순한 구조 및 조립체의 경우로도 저장된 매체의 오염이 방지될 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 송출몸체(4), 상기 송출몸체(4)위로 자유롭게 돌출한 송출스터드(6), 상기 송출스터드(6)의 자유다나부를 가로지르는 매체용 송출덕트(28)의 노즐덕트(8)뿐아니라 상기 노즐덕트(8)의 외부단부에 의해서 형성된 매체 아울렛(7), 흐름방향을 형성하는 아우렛덕트(28), 아웃렛밸브 등을 제공하고 포함하는 밸브(10)를 구비한 매체용 디스펜서에 있어서, 상기 송출스터드(6)는 자유롭게 접근가능한 전방벽(29,41)으로부터 돌출하고, 밸브(10)의 밸브시트(51)는 노즐덕트(8)의 내부단부상에 위치되고, 밸브(10)의 이동가능한 밸브몸체(50)는 지지부재(5)에 이동가능하게 장착되고, 사전 조립된 제어유니트(18)로서 상기 지지부재(5) 및 밸브몸체(50)는 송출몸체(4)내로 흐름방향(40)으로 위치되고, 밸브몸체(50)는 전방벽(20,41)을 통하여 송출스터드(6)내로 삽입되고, 상기 지지부재(5)는 송출몸체(4)에 실질적으로 고정연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어유티트(18)는 흐름방향(40)을 포위하고 밸브몸체(50)에 대하여 일부분으로 구성된 밸브몸체(50)용 밸브스프링(37)으로 이루어지며, 구체적으로는 상기 밸브몸체(50)는 전방벽(41)의 하류로 장방형의 송출스터드(6)를 부분적으로 가로지르는 코어샤프트(26)의 단부에 의해서 형성되고, 샤프트(26)의 상류단부는 밸브스프링(37), 그리고 바람직하게는 변형가능한 압력박스를 형성하는 밸브스프링(37)에 직접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(5)는 송출몸체(4)내에서 스냅연결부(48)로 위치상으로 체결되며, 구체적으로는 상기 지지부재(5)는 스냅작용부재로서 송출덕트(28)를 이격되어 환형으로 둘러싸는 스냅비드, 그리고 바람직하게는 전방벽(41)의 부근에 위치된 스냅비드(48)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(5)는 흐름방향(40)을 가로질러서 방위되고 밸브몸체(50)위로 반경방향으로 돌출한 플레이트(20)를 가지며, 상기 플레이트(20)는 전방벽(41)에 바로 인접하게 위치되고, 구체적으로는 상기 프레이트(20)는 송출몸체(4), 그리고 바람직하게는 송출스터드(6)내로 돌출한 지지부재(5)에서 고정방식으로 에지(48)와 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(5)와 함께 밸브시트(51)는 송출스터드(6)내로 위치되며, 구체적으로는 상기 밸브시트(51)는 송출스터드(6)안에 삽인된 코어슬리브(25)의 단부에서 제공되고, 그리고 밸브시트(51)의 상류로 밸브몸체(50)를 이격시키는 틈새를 정밀하게 둘러싸고 바람직하게는, 코어슬리브(25)는 하류단부에서 밸브시트(51)에 의해서 매체아웃렛(7)을 동축방향으로 가로지르는 환형 전방벽(27)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(5)는 제2아웃렛덕트(29)를 형성하며, 구체적으로는 제1아웃렛사덕트(28)와는 달리 제2아웃렛덕트(29)는 분무노즐을 형성하는 노즐덕트(8)와 밸브시트(51)사이에서 송출스터드(6)를 완전히 가로지르고, 상기 제2아웃렛덕트(29)는 혼합챔버내로 나타나고, 그리고 바람직하게는 지지부재(5) 및 송출스터드(6)는 제2아웃렛덕트(29)에 단면으로 함께 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(5)는 흐름방향(40)과 반대로 자유롭게 돌출하는 연결부분(21,22)을 가지며, 구체적으로는 연결부분(21,21)은 아우웃렉덕트(28,47)를 형성하고 하류방향으로 전방벽(20,41)에 연결되고, 바람직하게는 제1연결부분(21)은 밸브몸체(50)를 지탱하는 밸브(10)의 밸브태핏(26)을 수용하고 제2연결부분(22)은 제2매체를 위하여 압력챔버(12)에 연결되고 상기 압력챔버(12)를 매체아웃렛(7)에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 매체와 제2매체를 위하여 2개의 분리된 저장챔버(11,12)는 매체아웃렛(7)에 인터네스트되고 연결되며, 구체적으로는 제1저장챔버(11)는 디스펜서베이스(2)와 베이스(2)상의 지지부재(5)와 체결된 슬랙백(46)에 의한 제2저장챔버(12)에 의해서 형성되고, 그리고 바람직하게는 베이스(2)는 밸브스프링(37)뿐 아니라 지지부재(5)의 제1체결부재(21)를 맞물리게하는 제1용기개구부에서, 그리고 제2저장챔버(12)의 목부분(19)과 지지부재(5)의 제2체결부재(22)를 맞물리게 하는 제2용기 개구부에서 용기개구부를 폐쇄하는 용기커버로서 구성된 용기 및 송출몸체(4)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 송출덕트(28,29)에는 밸브 몸체를 포함하는 제1 및 제2클로저부재(50,53)가 독립적으로 제공되어 견고하게 상호 연결되며, 상기 밸브 몸체(50,53)는 서로 안에서 대략 동축방향으로 위치되고, 그리고 바람직하게는 클로저는 슬라이드밸브로서 구성되고 결합된 밸브몸체(53)는 피스톤립에 의해서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 매체아웃렛(7)에 연결된 저장챔버(12)는 개구부내로 나타내는 인렛밸브(43)에 연결되며, 구체적으로는 인렛밸브(43)의 이동가능한 밸브몸체(45)는 송출몸체(4)에 의해서 지지부재(5) 및/또는 밸브시크로 형성되고, 그리고 바람직하게는 지지부재(5)는, 축방향으로 볼때, 용기내로 한쪽의 플레이트축으로만 향하여 돌출한 부재(21,22)와 송출스터드(6)내로 다른 한쪽의 플레이트축으로 돌출한 코어슬리브(25)를 체결하는 지지플레이트(20)로부터 용기(3)를 실질적으로 덮는 지지플레이트(20)를 포함하고, 아웃렛밸브(10)의 밸스시트(51)및 밸브스프링(37)은 스냅연결부로 상호연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 매체용 하나이상의 저장챔버(11,12)는 눌러짜는 식의 용기(3)로 형성되며, 구체적으로는 상기 용기는 본질적으로 복원성이 있는 송출몸체(4)로부터 이격된 위치로만 수동압축으로 탄성적으로 변형가능하고, 바람직하게는 축방향으로 보면 송출몸체(4)는 적어도 그 길이방향의 연장부의 일부분(41,42)위로 장방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스펜서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
