본 발명은 칩 마운터용 고정도 화상 입력 장치에 관한 것으로, 검사하고자 하는 부품을 원하는 위치까지 이송하기 위한 XY 스테이지와, 상기 부품을 흡착 및 장착하기 위한 헤드 유닛과, PCB상의 부품 장착을 위한 기준 좌표를 나타내는 기준 마크를 인식하기 위한 기준 마크 카메라와, 고분해능을 갖는 가인 스캔 CCD로 구성되어 있어 대형 부품 및 파인 피치 부품의 영상 입력을 가능하게 하는 라인 스캔 카메라와, 상기 라인 스캔 카메라로부터 입력되는 영상 데이터를 처리하여 모니터로 출력하기 위한 라인 스캔 비젼 시스템을 포함하여 구성되었으며, 고분해능을 갖는 라인 스캔 카메라를 사용함으로써 기준 대부분의 부품에 대해서 영상 처리 및 장착이 가능하게 하며, 분할 인식 방법을 사용하지 않고도 영상 처리가 가능하게 하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 설계된 칩 마운터용 고정도 화상 입력 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a high-precision image input apparatus for a chip mounter, including an XY stage for transferring a part to be inspected to a desired position, a head unit for picking up and mounting the component, And a high-resolution Gain scan CCD to enable image input of a large-sized component and a fine pitch component, and a line scan camera which is capable of inputting image data input from the line scan camera And a line scan vision system for outputting to a monitor.
