Abstract

본 발명은 자기기록매체 제조시에 바자성 지지체에 도포되어 자성충을 형성하며, 자성분과 결합제수지를 포함하는 자성도료조성물에 관한 것으로, 결합제수지로서 술폰산 또는 술폰산염 관능기를 가지는 폴리우레탄수지와 말단기로서 수산기를 가지는 폴리우레탄수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이와 같이 결합제수지로서 서로물성이 다른 2종 이상의 폴리우레탄 수지를 적정량 혼합한 자성도료를 사용하여 자기기록매체를 제조하면 이종(異種)의 수지 사용에서 유발될 수 있는 상용성측면에서의 단점을 해소할 수 있는 PVC계 화합물의 사용배제로 환경오염문제를 해결할 수 있게 되며, 수지 자체에 도입된 극성기로서 분산성을 향상시킬 수 있게 될 뿐만아니라 기계적 물성을 만족시킬 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a magnetic paint composition which is applied to a bazaar support to prepare a magnetic recording medium, and comprises a magnetic component and a binder resin.
