Abstract

본 발명은 일회용 닦아내기 용구에서 섬유의 탈락을 방지시키고자 하는 것을 과제로 한다. 본 발명의 해결 수단의 일례로서 일회용 닦아내기 용구(1)는 시이트부(10)와 이의 적어도 한쪽면(10A, l0B) 중 어느 하나에 접합되어 한쪽 방향으로 연장되어 있는 다수의 열용착성 장섬유(25)로 구성되며, 상기 다수의 장섬유(25)는 이와 교차하는 방향으로 연장되어 있는 장섬유의 길이 방향으로 간헐적으로 배치되어 있는 복수의 용착선(9)에 의해 시이트 부(10)에 접합되어 있다.

제5도는 제2도와 다른 형태의 닦아내기 용구의 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 열용착성 시이트와 상기 시이트에 접합되어 한쪽 방향으로 연장되는 다수의 열용착성 장섬유로 구성된 일회용 닦아내기 용구로서 상기 장섬유가 이와 교차하는 방향으로 연장되며, 장섬유의 길이 방향으로 간헐적으로 배치된 복수의 용착선에 의해 상기 시이트에 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용착선은 상기 장섬유와 실질적으로 비스듬하게 교차되며, 서로 병행하는 복수의 굴곡선인 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용착선은 상기 장섬유와 비스듬하게 교차하는 복수의 평행한 직선인 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용착선은 상기 장섬유와 비스듬하게 교차되는 복수의 직선이며, 그들 직선끼리 서로 교차되어 전체적으로 격자 모양을 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열용착성 시이트는 플라스틱 필름 및 부직포 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
  6. 상기 다수의 장섬유는 열용착성 연속 필라멘트의 토우를 푼 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 닦아내기 용구.
