차량 추돌 방지를 위한 급감속 표시방법 및 그 장치
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 급감속 표시기의 블럭 구성도.

본 발명은 차량의 속도를 감지하여 급감속의 경우 그 사실을 주위 차량, 특히 후면 차량에게 즉시 알려주는 경광등이 자동으로 점멸된다. 이 때 경광등은 급감속의 정도에 따라 지정 횟수 만큼 점멸되며 그 표시 방법 및 장치에 관해서 설명하고자 한다.
일반적으로 브레이크 등은 브레이크를 밟고 있는 동안만 켜짐으로 고속 주행시 원거리에서 브레이트를 밟지 않고 정지한 상태일 때 후면의 뒷따라 오는 차는 앞 차의 정지된 상태를 미리 알지 못하고 앞의 차를 추돌할 수 있고 야간운행 또는 눈, 비, 안개 등으로 시야가 불투명할 때는 미등과 혼돈될 우려가 있다. 따라서 어떤 운전자는 급브레이크로써 제동을 걸어서 정지해 있을 때 뒷 차량의 추돌 방지를 막기 위해서 인위적으로 비상 라이트를 켜 두는 경우도 적지 않다. 그러나 급제동 시에는 비상 라이트를 켤 정신적 시간적 여유가 많지 않아서 혹은 이미 사고가 나서 정지해 있는 상태일 경우 뒷차는 앞차의 상황을 모르고 추돌하게 되며 그래서 때로는 연쇄 충돌의 참사가 일어나기도 한다. 따라서 어떠한 연유에서던지 차량의 급감속 시에는 자동으로 경광등을 점멸시켜 주위 차량에게 알리어 추돌을 방지코자 하는 것이 본 발명의 목적이다.
본 발명품은 일정 속도 이상의 고속 주행중 차량의 급감속의 정도에 비례한 일정한 횟수 만큼 경광등(비상등 또는 별도의 등)을 즉시 점멸시켜 뒷차량에게 급정지했다는 신호를 자동으로 알려 주는 급감속 표시 방법 및 그 장치를 제공하는데 있다. 단, 방향등이 작동하는 동안에는 경광등과의 혼돈을 막기 위해 방향등을 우선 처리하여 작동토록 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명품의 특징은; 주행중의 차량이 일정 속도 이상일 때 작동을 위한 준비 단계와 시간차로 감속 비율을 감시하는 단계에서 방향등의 작동이 없다고 판단되면 시간차의 감속 비율에 따른 지정 횟수 만큼 경광등을 켜주는 작동을 하며 작동중이라도 다시 차량의 속도가 올라가면 경광등의 작동은 중지하는 단계를 포함하고 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 또 다른 특징은 마그네틱 픽-업으로부터 나오는 펄스 주기를 읽어 실시간 속도량으로 환산할 수 있는 속도 환산기와 시간차로 일정한 시간 동안 적분된 속도량을 기억하고 있는 시간차 적분기와 적분기에서 출력되는 시간차 적분량과 속도 환산기에서의 현재의 속도량을 비교하여 급감속이라고 판단되고 방향등이 작동 안할 경우 급감속량에 비례하여 경광등 출력 횟수 지정 및 제어하는 감속 비교제어기와 또한 감속 비교제어기에 따라 경광등이 점멸할 수 있도록 출력을 내어 주는 출력단을 포함하는데 있다.
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 차량 급감속 표시기의 블럭 구성도로써 외부 마그네픽 픽-업으로부터 차량속도에 비례하는 전기적인 펄스를 받아 계량화 해주는 속도 환산기(10)와 환산된 속도치를 시간차 적분 저장시키는 시간차 적분기(20)와 방향등이 작동하는지 감시하는 방향등 작동감시기(30)와 속도 환산기의 현재 속도가 시간차 적분기에 저장되어 있는량 보다 떨어지고 방향등이 작동하지 않을 경우 출력 제어를 하는 감속 비교제어기(40)와 감속 비교 제어기에서 내어준 정보로 경광등을 점멸시키는 출력을 내는 출력단(50)으로 구성되어 있다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 급감속 표시기의 작동 순서도이다. 차량이 주행하면 S101단계를 속도 환산기(10)가 작동하여 실시간의 시간 속도를 나타내주고 S102단계에서 규정치 이상의 속도이면 시간차 적분기(20)가 받아서 시간차 적분을 한다. 그리고 일정 시간 동안의 적분량의 평균값과 실시간 속도를 감속 비교제어기(40)가 비교하여 S103단계에서 감속도라고 판단되면 S104단계로 넘어가면 또 시간차에 대해 규정치 이상의 감속도라고 판단되면 S105단계로 넘어가서 정도에 따른 경광등의 횟수를 지정하고 S106단계로 넘어와서 방향등 작동감시기(30)에서 점검되어진 방향등이 작동하지 않는다는 S107단계의 정보가 있을 때 S108단계로 경광등 출력단(50)이 한번 작동토록하여 경광등이 껌뻑하고 켜졌다가 꺼진다. 계속 S109단계에서는 앞의 S105단계의 지정 횟수 만큼 비교하여 횟수 미달일 경우에는 S104단계로 넘어가서 지정된 횟수가 될 때까지 점멸 반복 동작을 하고서 첫번째의 S101단계로 돌아간다. 점멸의 중간 과정에서라도 S107단계의 방향등의 작동이 있으면 방향등이 우선 처리되며 다시 첫번째 단계로 돌아간다. 이렇게 해서 본 발명은 차량 급감속을 외부에 알려 뒷따라 오는 차량의 추돌을 막는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 속도 환산기에서 나오는 속도량을 적분해두는 단계와 현재 속도와 적분 저장되어 있는 속도와의 비교 판단하는 단계와 일정량의 점멸 횟수 지정하는 단계와 방향등의 작동을 점검하고 처리하는 단계 및 방향등이 작동하고 있으며 현재의 작동 상태를 중지하고 방향등의 작동을 우선 처리하며 그렇지 않은 경우에는 감속의 정도에 따라 점멸 지정 횟수 만큼 경광등을 점멸시켜주므로써 주행 차량의 급감속을 외부에 알려주는 차량의 급감속 표시 방법.
  2. 차량의 바퀴 회전 신호를 입력하여 환산하는 속도 환산기(10)와 차량의 속도치를 시간차로 적분해두는 시간차 적분기(20), 방향등 작동 유무를 감시하는 방향등 작동 감시기(30), 상기 정보를 비교하여 출력을 제어하는 감속 비교제어기(40), 감속 비교제어기의 신호에 따라 출력신호를 내는 출력단(50)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 급감속 표시 장치.
