Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 액상 마그네슘 화합물과 (b) 액상 티탄 화합물을 마그네슘 화합물(a) 1몰당 0.25∼0.35몰의 (c) 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘의 존재하에서 접촉시키는 공정과, 생성된 접촉생성물(ⅰ)의 온도를 105∼115℃로 승온하고, 이 접촉생성물(ⅰ)을 그 온도로 유지하는 공정으로 된 방법에 의해 얻어지는 고체상 티탄 촉매성분에 관한 것이다. 상기 접촉 생성물은 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘 화합물 0.5몰 이상과 더 접촉시킬 수가 있다. 또한 본 발명은 고체상 티탄 촉매성분과 유기금속 화합물로 형성된 에틸렌 중합용 촉매와 그 촉매를 사용한 에틸렌 중합방법에 관한 것이다. 본 고체상 티탄 촉매성분을 사용하면, 에틸렌을 고활성으로 중합할 수 있으며, 우수한 입자성능을 갖는 에틸렌 중합체를 제조할 수가 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. (a) 액상 마그네슘 화합물과 (b) 액상 티탄 화합물을 마그네슘 화합물(a) 1몰당, 0.25∼0.35몰의 (c) 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘의 존재하에서 접촉시키는 공정과; 생성된 접촉생성물(ⅰ)의 온도를 105∼115℃로 승온하고, 이 접촉생성물(ⅰ)을 그 온도로 유지하는 공정으로 된 방법에 의해 얻어지는 고체상 티탄 촉매성분이며, 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘 화합물(c)로 된 고체상 티탄 촉매성분.
  2. (a) 액상 마그네슘 화합물과 (b) 액상 티탄 화합물을 마그네슘 화합물(a) 1몰당 0.25∼0.35몰의 (c) 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘 화합물의 존재하에서 접촉시키는 공정과, 생성된 접촉생성물(ⅰ)의 온도를 이 생성된 접촉생성물(ⅰ)을 온도 105∼115℃로 유지할 수 있도록 승온하고, 여기에 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘 화합물 (c)을 마그네슘 화합물(a) 1몰당, 0.5몰 이하의 양으로 첨가하면서, 접촉생성물(ⅰ)의 온도를 승온이 완료된 온도, 또는 승온이 완료된 후의 온도로 유지하는 온도보다 10℃만큼 낮은 온도로부터 승온함으로써, 화합물(c)을 접촉생성물(ⅰ)과 접촉시키는 공정으로 된 방법에 의해 얻어지는 고체상 티탄 촉매성분이며, 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 활성수소가 없는 유기실리콘 화합물(c)로 된 고체상 티탄 촉매성분.
  3. [Ⅰ] 제1항 및 제2항 중의 어느 1항의 고체상 티탄 촉매성분 및 [Ⅱ] 유기금속 화합물로 형성된 에틸렌 중합용 촉매.
  4. 제3항 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌을 중합하거나, 에틸렌과 코모노머를 공중합하는 에틸렌 중합방법.
