Claims (10)
- 탄산 가스와 물이 도입되고 양자의 접촉에 의해 탄산수를 생성하는 탄산 가스 압력 용기를 이용한 탄산수 제조 장치에 있어서, 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에 탄산 가스를 도입하는 도입구와 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에 물을 도입하는 스프레이의 하방에 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 내벽과 간격을 두어 믹싱 용기를 설치하여 스프레이된 물이 믹싱 용기 내에 체류한 물과 충돌하여 혼합하게 하고, 생성한 탄산수는 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 내벽에 일단이 고정되고 타단이 믹싱 용기의 저부 근방까지 연장되는 격벽판과 믹싱 용기 벽의 사이를 통과하고 상기 용기 벽을 흘러 넘쳐서 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 내벽과 상기 용기 벽 사이를 통하여 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 저부로 흘러 내리게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 믹싱 용기의 용기 벽을 믹싱 용기의 저부 보다 하방으로 연장시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 탄산 가스와 물이 도입되고 양자의 접촉에 의해 탄산수를 생성하는 탄산 가스 압력 용기를 이용한 탄산수제조 장치에 있어서, 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에, 상부와 주위가 밀폐되고, 또 물을 도입하는 스프레이를 그 상부에 부착한 원통형 분무실을 설치하고, 원통형 분물실의 저부에 원통형 분무실의 내경 보다 작은 직경의 원형 저면을 갖는 구상 돌기물을 연결하여 설치하고, 구상 돌기물을 연결한 연결부에는 물이 통과하기 위한 다수의 작은 구멍을 설치하는 동시에, 기 연결부의 하방에 상부와 하부가 개방된 원형 금속망을 접속하고, 스프레이로부터 스프레이된 물방울이 구상 돌기물의 표면에 충돌하여 충돌전의 물방울 보다 작아져서 원통형 분무실 내로 비산하여 탄산 가스와 충분히 접촉하고, 이어서 상기 작은 구멍으로부터 하방으로 흐르고, 상기 원통형 금속망을 타고 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 저부로 흘러 내리게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 금속망의 하단이 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내의 탄산수와 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 탄산 가스와 물이 도입되고 양자의 접촉에 의해 탄산수를 생성하는 탄산 가스 압력 용기를 이용한 탄산수 제조 장치에 있어서, 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에, 상부와 주위가 밀폐되고, 또 물을 도입하는 스프레이를 그 상부에 부착한 원통형 분무실을 설치하고, 원통형 분물실의 저부에 원통형 분무실의 내경 보다 작은 직경의 원형 저면을 갖는 구상 돌기물을 연결하여 설치하고, 구상 돌기물을 연결한 연결부에는 물이 통과하기 위한 다수의 작은 구멍을 설치하는 동시에, 필요에 따라서 상기 연결부의 하방에 선상 가이드를 접속하고, 스프레이로부터 스프레이된 물방울이 구상 돌기물의 표면에 충돌하여 충돌전의 물방울 보다 작아져서 원통형 분무실 내로 비산하여 탄산 가스와 충분히 접촉하고, 이어서 상기 작은 구멍으로부터 하방으로 흐르고, 선상 가이드가 있는 경우에는 선상 기이드를 타고 탄산 가스 압력 용기의 저부로 흘러 내리게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 선상 가이드의 하단이 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내의 탄산수와 접촉하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 탄산 가스와 물이 도입되고, 양자의 접촉에 의해 탄산수를 생성하는 탄산 가스 압력 용기를 이용한 탄산수 제조 장치에 있어서, 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에 물을 도입하는 스프레이의 선단 근방에 금속 망을 설치하고, 스프레이된 물이 금속 망에 충돌하여 충돌 전의 물방울 보다 작아져서 비산하여 탄산 가스 압력 용기에 체류한 물과 충돌하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 50 내지 250메쉬의 금속망을 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 탄산 가스와 물이 도입되고 양자의 접촉에 의해 탄산수를 생성하는 탄산 가스 압력 용기를 이용한 탄산수 제조 장치에 있어서, 탄산 가스 압력 용기 내에 물을 도입하는 스프레이의 선단에 일단이 스프레이에 고정되고타단이 개방되어 있는 원통형 가이드를 설치하고, 스프레이된 물이 상기 원통형 가이드의 내벽면에 충돌하여충돌 전의 물방울 보다 작아져서 비산하여 탄산 가스 압력 용기에 체류한 물과 충돌하게 한 것을 특징으로하는 탄산수 제조 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중공 원추형 스프레이를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산수 제조 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
