Description
Claims (15)
- 고하중이고, 서로 미끄럼 접촉하는 한쌍의 접촉면의 어느 한 표면에 배설되는 고체 윤활재와 미끄럼 접촉면의 어느 한 뒷면에 형성되는 소정용적의 기름탱크와 이 기름탱크로부터 당해 미끄럼 접촉면의 표면으로 관통하는 급유구멍과 이 급유구멍의 관통방향으로 연속하는 미세한 기공을 지님과 동시에 급유구멍에 충전되는 기공보전부재 등을 구비하여 이 기공보전부재의 기공을 통하여 미끄럼 접촉면에 급유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공보전부재는 연속기공재임을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 급유구멍은 직경이 5mm이고, 연속기공재의 기공률은 10%∼25%임을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연속기공재는 흑연임을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 급유구멍은 직경이 2mm이고, 기공보전 부재로서 고체 윤활재를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고체 윤활재는 2황화 몰리브덴 분말을 에폭시수지에 혼합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 윤활재는 격자형으로 형성된 단면이 장방형의 홈에 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제7항에 있어서, 격자홈 마다에 급유구멍이 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제7항에 있어서, 홈의 단면형상은 반원형임을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 윤활재는 축방향으로 뻗어나온 줄무늬형의 홈과 그 각 홈을 연결하는 원호형의 홈에 매설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 윤활재는 분산배치된 서로 연결되어 있지 않는 여러개의 홈에 매설된 것을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공보전부재는 고체 윤활재를 관통하여 미끄럼 접촉면에 노출하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 급유구멍은 고체 윤활재의 뒷면에 기름탱크의 기름을 급유하도록 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기름탱크에는 기름누출 방지용의 시일구조가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미끄럼 접촉면에는 기름누출 방지용의 시일구조가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 고하중용 미끄럼 접촉구조.
