Claims (19)
- 주형공동(62,74,82)을 가지는 금속주조를 위한 주형에 있어서, 주형은 주형공동과 직접 연결하여 통해져 있는 탕구(63,83)를 가지며 그리고 스리브안에 고정된 세라믹 포말 휠터 (65,72,88)를 가지며 탕구에 위치하여진 내화재료로된 스리브(64,71,87)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형은 모래로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형.
- 제1항에 있어시. 주형은 금속다이인 것을 특징으로 하는 주형.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서. 탕구(83)는 스리브(87)를 제자리에 유지하기 위한 돌기부들(86)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형.
- 제1항에 따른 금속은 주조하기 위한 주형에 사용하기 위한 내화재료의 스리브에 있어서, 스시브(1,11,21,,Bl,41,64,71,87)는 그 안에 고정된 세라믹 포말 휠터 (4, 15,22.36.49,65,72,88)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서. 휠터는 휠터의 2개의 외부표면들 사이에서 뻗쳐있는 구멍들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.

- 제5항에 있어서, 휠터 (22)는 스리브의 제작 도중에 그리브(21)내로 삽입되며 그리고 스리브의 벽(24)은 제자리에 휠터를 유지하기 위하여 휠터 주위에서 변형되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브는 2개의 분분으로 형성되어 있으며, 각 부분의 일단부는 휠터의 일면에 고정되어 있고 그리고 휠터의 측면은 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브(41)는 휠터(49)를 제자리에 유지하기 위하여 스리브의 내면에 하나 또는 그 이상의 돌기부들(44)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브
- 제13항에 있어서, 돌기부들(44)은 스리브(41)의 내부표면(45)의 주변둘레에서 동등하게 간격이 떼어져 있는 리브들이며, 그리고 이 리브들은 저면(46)으로부터 상부(47)로 구배가 주어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 휠터는 제자리에 유지하기 위하여 휠터의 측면에 하나 또는 그 이상의 돌기부들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브의 상단부는 벌어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브는 그의 기저부에 고정된 절단중자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브는 이것에 일체로 형성된 절단중자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 스리브는 주형 탕구내에서 제자리에 스리브를 유지하기 위하여 스리브의 외부표면 위의 돌기부들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스리브
