Abstract

물 및 중요하게는 세제 제형에서 경도를 유발하는 물질로 인한 스케일을 억제하는데 유용한 폴리아스파르테이트는 말레산 또는 푸마르산을 암모니아와 1:1 내지 2.1의 몰비로 170℃이상의 온도에서 반응시킨후, 이 반응에서 형성된 중합체를 염기성 가수분해에 염기성 가수분해에 의해 폴리아스파르트산의 염으로 전화시킴으로써 제조할 수 있다.

고온 반응에 의한 폴리아스파르트산의 염(Salts of polyaspartic acid by high temperature reaction)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 탄산 칼슘 침착을 억제하는데 대한 첨가제의 효과를 도시한 것이도,
제2도는 열중합된 모노-암노늄 말레에이트 염의 칼슘 스케일 억제제로서의 효과를 도시한 것이며,
제3도는 열중합된 모노-암노늄 푸마레이트염의 칼슘 스케일 억제제로서의 효과를 도시한 것이고,
제4도는 열중합된 디-암모늄 푸마레이트 및 말레에이트 염의 칼슘 스케일 억제제로서의 효과를 도시한 것이며,
제5도는 분자량 컬럼의 검정을 도시한 것이고,
제6도는 실시예 2,4,10 및 11에 형성된 중합체의 분자량 측정을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 암모니아가 몰 과량으로 존재하도록 하면서 말레산과 암모니아를 200 내지 300℃에서 반응시킨 후, 생성된 중합체에 수산화물을 가하여 염으로 전화시킴을 포함하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 말레산과 암모니아를 200 내지 300℃로 가열시키고, 이 온도를 0 내지 4시간 동안 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 말레산과 암모니아를 240 내지 300℃로 가열시키고, 이 온도를 0 내지 4시간 동안 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 암모니아가 몰 과량으로 존재하도록 하면서 푸마르산과 암모니아를 220 내지 300℃에서 반응시킨 후, 생성된 중합체에 수산화물을 가하여 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 푸마르산과 암모니아를 220 내지 300℃로 가열시키고, 이 온도를 0 내지 4시간 동안 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 푸마르산과 암모니아를 240 내지 300℃로 가열하고, 이 온도를 0 내지 4시간 동안 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 말레산 및 푸마르산으로 이루어진 구룹중에서 선택된 산을 암모니아와 1:1 내지 2.1의 몰 비로 200 내지 300℃에서 반응시킴을 포함하여 폴리석신이미드를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 수산화물을 수산화 나트륨, 수산화 칼륨 및 수산화 암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택하는 방법.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 수산화물을 수산화 나트륨, 수산화 칼륨 및 수산화 암모늄 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택하는 방법.
  10. 말레산과 암모니아를 1:1 내지 2.1의 몰 비로 약170 내지 350℃에서 반응시킨 후, 생성된 중합체에 알칼리 토 금속 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 수산화 암모늄을 가하여 염으로 전화시킴을 포함하여 폴리아스카르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 반응을 약200 내지 300℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 반응을 약240 내지 300℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화 나트륨인 방법.
  14. 푸마르산과 암모니아를 1:1 내지 2.1의 몰 비로 약200 내지 300℃에서 반응시킨 후, 생성된 중합체에 알칼리 토 금속 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 수산화 암모늄을 가하여 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 폴리아스카르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 반응을 약240 내지 300℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화 나트륨인 방법.
  17. 모노암모늄 말레에이트의 수용액을 약 160 내지 200℃에서 압출시킨 후, 생성된 중합체에 알칼리 토 금속 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 수산화 암모늄을 가하여 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하여 폴리아스파르트산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 수산화물이 수산화 나트륨인 방법.
