Abstract
본 발명은 로터리 밀폐형 압축기의 베인 및 실린더 슬롯 마모감소장치에 관한 것으로 특히 압축시 베인 양단에 걸리는 냉매압 차이로 인한 베인과 실린더 슬롯의 국부적인 집중하중을 제거하여 그 부분의 마멸을 방지하도록 한 것으로서, 압축실에서 압축된 냉매를 실린더 슬롯과 베인 사이로 유입시켜 냉매에 의하여 국부적인 집중하중을 방지할 수 있도록 한 냉매 유입수단은 일단이 압축실과 통하도록 실린더에 형성한 유입공과, 상기 유입공의 타단은 실린더 슬롯과 베인 사이에 형성된 공간부와 통하도록 구비한 것이다.The present invention relates to a vane and cylinder slot wear reduction device of a rotary hermetic compressor, in particular, to prevent local wear of the vanes and cylinder slots due to the difference in refrigerant pressure across the vanes during compression.
