본 고안은 가스레인지용 개폐밸브에 관한 것으로서, 본 고안의 구체적인 특징은 개폐밸브의 손잡이 몸체에 잠금구조를 구성하여 이잠금 구조를 통해 개폐 손잡이 몸체를 개폐밸브 몸체에 고정시킬수 있게하여 개폐손잡이 몸체를 작동되지 않게 하므로서 개폐밸브를 함부로 개방하여 가스를 사용할수 없게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an on / off valve for a gas range, and a specific feature of the present invention is to configure the locking structure on the handle body of the on-off valve to secure the open / close handle body to the on-off valve body through the locking structure. 이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 밸브 몸체의 축관(2)에 손잡이 몸체(3)를 끼우면 잠금돌편(2a)(2b)이 손잡이 몸체(3)의 내면부에 형성된 홈(3a)(3b)에 삽입되어 일정범위에서 회전이 될수 있으나 개폐밸브를 잠그고저 할 때는 손잡이 몸체(3)를 밸브가 잠기는 방향으로 회전시키고 고정볼트(7)를 나사공(4)으로 나삽시켜 (이때는 도로 제작된 공구를 사용함) 고정볼트의 끝부분이 밸브 본체의 축관(2)에 돌출된 잠금돌편(2a)의 모서리 부분에 지지되게하면 손잡이 몸체가 밸브 몸체에 고정되어 손잡이 몸체의 회전이 불가능케되어 이를 해제하지 않으면 개폐밸브를 개방할수 없도록 되고 개폐밸브를 사용하기 위해서는 고정볼트 해지공구를 사용하여 고정볼트(7)를 풀어야 되므로 가스를 공동으로 사용하는 곳인 경우 주인이 아니면 가스를 무단사용할수 없게 되고 또한 어른부재시 공공연하게 사용하는 어린이들의 사용을 막아주므로 가스레인지를 안전하게 사용할수가 있고 완전하게 풀어놓은 고정볼트는 손잡이의 나사홈(5)에 끼워 놓으면 보관이 확실해 잊어버릴 염려가 없는 특징도 있으며 또한 손잡이 몸체의 나사공(4) 좌,우측으로는 돌편(6)이 부착되어 돌편에는 구멍(6a)이 각각 뚫려 있어 필요한 경우 봉인을 할수가 있어 2중으로 손잡이 몸체와 밸브 본체를 잠글수가 있어 실용성과 안정성이 좋은 것이다.According to the present invention configured as described above, when the handle body 3 is inserted into the shaft tube 2 of the valve body, the locking protrusion pieces 2a and 2b are inserted into the grooves 3a and 3b formed in the inner surface of the handle body 3 so as to be fixed.
