Abstract
자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치는 내연기관의 워터 자켓의 배출구와 라디에이터의 유입구 사이에 형성된 제1통로와, 라디에이터의 배출구와 워터자켓의 유입구 사이에 형성된 제2통로와, 그리고 상기 제1 및 제2통로 사이에 형성된 제1바이패스 통로를 구비한다. 제2바이패스 통로는 항온기의 상류인 제2통로와 제1바이패스 통로 사이에 제공되기 때문에 냉각제는 항온기의 주밸브가 닫힐때 냉각장치내의 라디에이터, 제2바이패스 통로, 그리고 제2바이패스 통로를 따라 흐른다.

Claims (6)
- 워터자켓과, 라디에이터와, 워터 자켓의 배출구와 라디에이터의 유입구 사이에 설치된 제1통로와, 라디에이터의 배출구와 워터 자켓의 유입구 사이에 설치된 제2통로와, 제1통로와 제2통로 사이에 설치된 제1바이패스 통로와, 냉각제를 순환시키기 위해 제2통로에 제공된 물펌프와, 제2통로에 설치된 주밸브와 제1바이패스 통로에 설치된 바이패스 밸브를 구비한 항온기로 이루어진 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치에 있어서, 항온기의 상류인 제2통로에 형성된 제1분기점과 상기 제1바이패스 통로 사이에 설치된 제2바이패스 통로를 포함하며, 냉각제는 항온기의 주밸브가 닫히고 바이패스 밸브가 열릴때 냉각장치내의 라디에이터, 제2바이패스 통로, 그리고 제1바이패스 통로를 따라 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1통로는 워터 자켓의 상부에 위치한 배출구와 라디에이터의 상부에 위치한 유입구 사이에 형성되며, 제2통로는 라디에이터의 하부에 위치한 배출구와 워터 자켓의 하부의 위치한 유입구 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1통로는 워터 자켓의 상부에 위치한 배출구와 라디에이터의 하부에 위치한 유입구 사이에 형성되며, 제2통로는 라디에이터의 상부에 위치한 배출구와 워터 자켓의 하부에 위치한 유입구 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항온기는 주밸브의 상류에 형성된 항온기 뚜껑을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1분기점은 항온기 뚜껑의 상류인 제2통로부분에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1분기점은 항온기 뚜껑상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 내연기관의 냉각장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
